Pros:
5 min walk to TRX, 8-10 min walk to Pavilion. Pretty good location for the price
Owner (Chris) was quite responsive and helpful during the check in process
Cons:
Some of the amenities were not available (e.g. no microwave, no cooking equipment like frying pan even though there is an induction stove, no detergent even though there is a washing machine), so it just feels like false advertisement at this point
Materials in the room feel pretty cheap. Walls are so thin I can hear what the next door tenants are talking about, and kept getting woken up by them at 3am
Next door condo/units have not been built up yet. Feels like I'm staying at a construction site
Doorbell applies to all units, so I got disturbed even when the doorbell was meant for the other unit
Swimming pool didn't feel very cleans, especially since many tenants were using it in their clothes 🤮
TLDR: The location is good, but otherwise, the apartment feels cheap and many amenities as advertised are missing (i.e. cooking utensils, laundry detergent, etc.). Overall, price is decent for the location and cleanliness of the room, but there are definitely better booking options nearby (e.g. One Cochrane) which would make a much better overall staying experience.

The location is relatively new, so please contact us in advance if you are not good at English. Please prepare translation software. The location is about 15 minutes walk from the subway entrance, and next to the Pavilion shopping area.
The apartment is new, the swimming pool is very good, the gym is a bit small, the overall is very good, but the first floor is still being arranged and constructed, it is very close to TRX and Pavilion, about 5 minutes walk, the overall cost performance is very high, recommended!!!

Good location just a few minutes away from KL Sentral station and the NU mall with many eating options and shops. Also close to the Tun Sambanthan station. The room is ok, comfortable bed and very nice views. The shower was a bit confusing as there were 2 shower heads and it took me a bit to figure out that only the second and smaller one had hot water while the main tab was rather cooler. Also, while there was shampoo and body wash in the shower, there was no soap bar for the sink and we had to get into the shower every time we wanted to wash our hands which wasn’t great. Apart from that there is no much else in the room but no much more you need for a short stay. The best is the infinity pool in the 54th floor and the amazing views at night! What I like about this ‘apartment’ in comparison to other similar ones in airbnb is that there is a kind of reception where you can leave your luggage before and after.

My experience of spending my new year’s eve at the hotel was very disappointing. I personally will never ever come back again.
In our first room, the biggest issue we faced was that the aircon in the room did not work, and stayed at a constant temperature of 22 degrees celcius even when we adjusted the temperature to the extreme high of 40 degrees. The maintenance team came down on the second day and it was not resolved. We feed-backed to the hotel manager and she assigned us our second room, which had the same issue and we had to call the maintenance team down again. We were also faced with a few new issues of cleanliness such as dirty table tops (e.g. toothpaste residue in the toilet, random hair lying around and in the kettle), and being unable to connect to wifi after the room change. We wasted about 2 hours communicating with different staff teams and trying to settle into our new room. It was exhausting and such a waste of my precious holiday.
Another very unpleasant experience I had was regarding viewing of countdown fireworks. When I asked the front desk about free access to the skydeck, the receptionist said that I have to pay a cover charge of RM250 for entry after 10pm on new year’s eve because they would be having a countdown party event. I was really upset about paying a premium price for the hotel rooms in order to gain complimentary access to the skydeck but needing to pay an extra amount for entrance just because it was new year’s eve. I asked the manager about this, and they confirmed that hotel guests could still access the skydeck for free. But even on the day itself, the staff at the lift lobby kept saying that I had to pay RM150 to enter. It was as if they were trying to lead the hotel guests into thinking that they have to pay an additional price to gain access to the skydeck. I was about to blow up before another staff came over to say that hotel guests could go in but we just wouldn’t be given any drinks. We didn’t care about drinks anyway, so why couldn’t they just let us go in after we showed them our room cards?? After we finally made it in, I was disappointed to find the gym closed because it had one of the best views of the twin towers. The staff themselves knew that too, and all went into the gym to take clear videos of the fireworks while we were on our toes struggling to even see the fireworks among the crowd outside. I know staff can have their own privileges but I can’t help but be unhappy about it because just the previous day my partner and I were in the gym discussing about how it had the perfect view and we could exercise while waiting for the fireworks. There were no signs that said the gym would be closed then, so we assumed that it was opened on new year’s eve as well. Fireworks were nice but I was so upset about the situation that I wasn’t able to enjoy it thoroughly.
There were also other few areas that bugged me somewhat, but were not the dealbreakers (such as the body lotion being spoilt and smelling sour, or the soap dispenser being very hard to press down, or that there was only one chair in the room and we couldn’t figure out how to sit together while eating in our room, or dirt marks on bathing towel). The wifi in the room was really annoyingly slow (videos get stuck every 2 seconds), and we did feedback to the reception but they could only inform the IT team and nothing else could be done about it.
Ofcourse there are plus points, such as the nice fruit plate that were given to us for our anniversary, the big room, the toiletries that were of good quality, good breakfast spread, and friendly staff. As much as I appreciated it, it did not make me feel better because these are part of my expectations for a five-star hotel.
Perhaps I had expectations too high for the hotel just because it is a five-star, and may be way too subjective in my review. But all in all, I will not be coming back again.

Very impressed with the nostalgic setting in the hotel, using the authentic materials to design the hotel.
Things happened after the 1st night. We came back tired after a day outside. Our room was not made up instead they placed flowers on the side table. We called the manager to investigate the matter. The hotel manager apologized for what had happened. The housekeeping manager came to our room to explain why the flower was placed there.
The next day, the housekeeping was done and decorated. The amenities were not placed anywhere in the room. You need to scan QR codes to get your amenities. We don't like to wait for such service so we get our own.
Thank you Mr Philips the hotel manager for the prompt responses.

Outstanding
KKrisnaWe came for staycation for a birthday celebration. Sadly, the welcome birthday amenities were not ready upon check in, despite confirmation via email.
Nonetheless we are still happy with it :)
Buffet spread can be improved (comparing to other hotel's buffet spread) for both breakfast and dinner. Love the live music :)
Will come again for the service but not for the facilities.
PPeaceBeUponUsStaycation during CNY !
Everything about this hotel is perfect except :
1. Parking lane at Pan Pac, near the exit is very narrow esp for long cars ! Having a hard time navigating the car to avoid scratches.
Park no higher than level 4 to avoid the narrow lane.
2. Toilet ocassionally, emits a strange stinky smell due to drainage issues, but was immediately resolved by the technician.
Breakfast is just so so.
LLailatun NajuaThis was my 2nd time booking at this hotel.
Check in process: u have to take number for check in. It's like you are going to the Clinic. They'll call your number . This system is exactly like the First world hotel in Genting Highlands. But don't worry the waiting time is very short and the check-in process was very smooth. The staff was very nice They fulfilled my request accordingly.
The key card was given only one but I think you can request extra if you want to leave your air-conditioning in your room while you're out.
There is no breakfast in this hotel it's a big Hotel to me it resembles the first world hotel in genting Highland everything about it resembles the first world hotel in the Highlands.
If you are driving to the hotel worry not because there is a lot of parking there. But there in mind they charged for parking : 3 a.m until 3:00 p.m. the next day is RM10.
So you better plan your timing wisely.
The room I stayed in was not too big and yet too small but bear in mind there is a smaller room than the one that I stayed in.
The toilet there was clean and both of my experiences staying there were good in terms of the cleanliness.
For a three star rated Hotel this cleanliness is like five stars. Bite the second time I stayed here the toilet has a little bit of unpleasant smell / not good ventilation. That room was 3004 and I hope the management will read my review so that they could do something with the room.
The view from the was spectacular. In both of my stays there I requested the TRX view. And believe me the view was spectacular.
The location was amazing it is not too far from TRX mall and it is not too far too from bukit Bintang and Pavilion. I have to say this hotel is super strategic. So you don't have a problem finding food. And no wonder this hotel is full of tourists.
There is a small Playground on a level 10th and the view on the level 10 garden is mesmerizing the pool on the 37th floor was nice they have a pool for the kids and they have an infinity pool too for the adults.
In my overall experience I couldn't find anything wrong or bad about this hotel. And believe it or not I'm already making plans for my third stay there and I hope my third experience will be no less than the two previous ones.
FFazliUsofGood services by check in counter, eventhough public holiday super busy.
Got upgraded room with excellent views.
Room is very roomy and clean, kitchen with ample amenities and cooking utensils and all working condition.
Great batheoom with shower and bathtub and clean towels.
Got 2 televisions in room and outside.
Overall was a memorable stay.
WWan JinNice location ! Very near to petaling street and REXKL and even some of the shopping malls and tourist attraction. Walkung distance ! Will stay here again.
However, for the bathroom, our drainage system for the shower is stuck. And the water pressure is not enough.
Others are quite good.
MMIKO oyenRoom is clean. Good services from staff. All of the staff that we met during our stay are friendly and approachable. And at the very last minute, we wanted to check out slightly later, staff were understanding and allowed us to check out late. Overall, we love our stay over here.
Zzeta H2OThe hotel shouldn't say room with window. I didn't book for a cheap room like living in a cave. Please mention that you are going to give a room with no windows for that kind of price.
AAdrianNRA fairly nice hotel in a good location near a Spartan rave venue I was racing at. The highway by the hotel room was a bit noisy and the lighting inside the room wasn’t great as I could simply have one bedside light on by itself. However, the bathroom was nice and the best was comfortable.
VVithiaBooked the hotel for the name of the hotel since it is located in the central of KL. Was unappealing with the room booked because it was not clean especially the toilet. The toilet wasn’t equipped with a water shower instead of the old shower head with 2 different temperature. The bed had blood stain as well. The front desk staff was friendly upon check in. The hotel provides free parking for the guest. There are convenience store nearby which is supposed to open 24 hours, yet closed when visited at 7am. Only the Lobby looked new, not the rooms.
GGuest UserStaying with my husband for business purposed. Booking through Floresta Hotel websites & got discount too. The room worth the price. It was budget hotel but still nice in terms of room cleanliness, amenities & facilities. The staff are very helpful & kind. The one who served us is Ms Sofea. She's so nice, we came here for a business but decided to extend since it was a nice hotel. And Ms Sofea help to arrange room with good view. And lurveee the lobby, feels like you're in jungle. It was nice if you put fake river too haha.
