Nice and simple hotel. It’s new so the parking still under renovation (i think🤔) Difficult to find parking nearby which until night time also fully parked. Walking distance to monorail Tun Sambanthan. The hotel room design is nice 👍🥰

Very spacious and clean room. But was told that room tv is only for show can't watch at all. The rest is very satisfied. If drive there don't go to carpark first. Park at the valet side and tell them u are checking in. I wasn't told to do that and cost me rm20 just for checking in.

The pool was closed not listed on the site when booking.
Service was good but a lot of emphasis placed by our contact about keeping the place clean which is obvious to us.
She was though very helpful with the TV/Netflix and providing us a loaner plug converter as their plugs are different from the rest of SE Asia. The traffic/security person was great as well.
I would suggest that they have a some coffee, tea and condiments available for the guests.
The location was awesome!

My experience of spending my new year’s eve at the hotel was very disappointing. I personally will never ever come back again.
In our first room, the biggest issue we faced was that the aircon in the room did not work, and stayed at a constant temperature of 22 degrees celcius even when we adjusted the temperature to the extreme high of 40 degrees. The maintenance team came down on the second day and it was not resolved. We feed-backed to the hotel manager and she assigned us our second room, which had the same issue and we had to call the maintenance team down again. We were also faced with a few new issues of cleanliness such as dirty table tops (e.g. toothpaste residue in the toilet, random hair lying around and in the kettle), and being unable to connect to wifi after the room change. We wasted about 2 hours communicating with different staff teams and trying to settle into our new room. It was exhausting and such a waste of my precious holiday.
Another very unpleasant experience I had was regarding viewing of countdown fireworks. When I asked the front desk about free access to the skydeck, the receptionist said that I have to pay a cover charge of RM250 for entry after 10pm on new year’s eve because they would be having a countdown party event. I was really upset about paying a premium price for the hotel rooms in order to gain complimentary access to the skydeck but needing to pay an extra amount for entrance just because it was new year’s eve. I asked the manager about this, and they confirmed that hotel guests could still access the skydeck for free. But even on the day itself, the staff at the lift lobby kept saying that I had to pay RM150 to enter. It was as if they were trying to lead the hotel guests into thinking that they have to pay an additional price to gain access to the skydeck. I was about to blow up before another staff came over to say that hotel guests could go in but we just wouldn’t be given any drinks. We didn’t care about drinks anyway, so why couldn’t they just let us go in after we showed them our room cards?? After we finally made it in, I was disappointed to find the gym closed because it had one of the best views of the twin towers. The staff themselves knew that too, and all went into the gym to take clear videos of the fireworks while we were on our toes struggling to even see the fireworks among the crowd outside. I know staff can have their own privileges but I can’t help but be unhappy about it because just the previous day my partner and I were in the gym discussing about how it had the perfect view and we could exercise while waiting for the fireworks. There were no signs that said the gym would be closed then, so we assumed that it was opened on new year’s eve as well. Fireworks were nice but I was so upset about the situation that I wasn’t able to enjoy it thoroughly.
There were also other few areas that bugged me somewhat, but were not the dealbreakers (such as the body lotion being spoilt and smelling sour, or the soap dispenser being very hard to press down, or that there was only one chair in the room and we couldn’t figure out how to sit together while eating in our room, or dirt marks on bathing towel). The wifi in the room was really annoyingly slow (videos get stuck every 2 seconds), and we did feedback to the reception but they could only inform the IT team and nothing else could be done about it.
Ofcourse there are plus points, such as the nice fruit plate that were given to us for our anniversary, the big room, the toiletries that were of good quality, good breakfast spread, and friendly staff. As much as I appreciated it, it did not make me feel better because these are part of my expectations for a five-star hotel.
Perhaps I had expectations too high for the hotel just because it is a five-star, and may be way too subjective in my review. But all in all, I will not be coming back again.

Unit is almost perfect. The lift and internet wifi signal need improvement. It’s a new building within walking distance to TRX Mall (10mins) and just next to this condo is a well known bakery & pastries LEVAIN.

All the facilities are very new and convenient to use, especially the washing machine with washing and drying function, which makes up for the regret of not having a balcony. Everything is good. The biggest problem is that because the house is relatively new, the smell is really strong. It is not recommended for people who are sensitive to respiratory tract and smell. It would be better to come three months later or later.

My place is a preferred choice for luxury accommodation in the vicinity of KLCC and as it known as the Citys Commercial, Shopping & Entertainment Hub. The best part is the rooftop garden comes with stunning city views which includes Petronas Twin Towers. It's a perfect spot for those who refer to enjoy your stay with low density accommodation.
The apartment is within walking distance to major KL hotspots: KL Tower, Suria KLCC, Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, and Aquaria KLCC. The food scene is awesome, from Malaysian street fare to international cuisines to nightclubbing.

The room is spacious and the hygiene is up to standard. The Petronas Twin Towers are not far downstairs. This apartment is relatively inside and very quiet at night. There is a large Chinese supermarket nearby, where you can easily buy Chinese snacks, mineral water, etc., and you can use pay way (visa card)

AAtt.abdrPark Royal KL: A Perfect Stay for Relaxation and Celebration
Park Royal KL offers the ideal mix of comfort and convenience, making it the perfect place for both relaxation and special occasions. The hotel’s attentive staff went above and beyond, even arranging beautiful room decorations and a delicious birthday cake to surprise our loved one. With its elegant design, excellent amenities, and central location, it’s a top choice for anyone looking to unwind or celebrate in style. Highly recommended!
BBleuJLocated at the heart of the city and near MRT Bukit Bintang, this 5 stars hotel offers excellent convenience for vast shopping and dining options.
The old hotel is newly refurbished in recent years with a majestic and luxury theme.
The staff were friendly and always greeted with a smile. The breakfast was delicious even though it has a limited spread for a 5 star hotel.
The room was comfortable and clean but the shower and bathroom tub drain pipe was a bit clogged making the water slower to drain.
The swimming pool is a bit small with a 5 foot depth. The gym is small but the equipment is new.
Overall it is a pleasant stay for us.
GGuest UserHad a wonderful staycation with my husband and daughter. Easy access to public transport and BB. But the shortcut has to pass by the narrow street. Overall stay is good. Just a few things not so happy about:
1. Cleanliness of carpet
2. It's noisy when the room next door opens the water tap.
3. Sadly, my room has no view.
Food is moderate, room is spacious and nice. Will repeat.
GGuest Uservery good hotel service and good hospitality and the food is very good. I like it but I'm disappointed because I can't delay leaving the hotel from the set time because the hotel reservation is very full.. because on the day I check-in I have a banquet in the ballroom until 2pm makes me rush to check-out. Whatever the best hotel and the new renovation looks modern.
GGuest UserBooked the wrong Melia (didn’t know there are two Melia in KL, older Melia in Bukit Bintang) but I’m very pleasantly impressed by every aspect of this 4-month old (as of Aug 2023) modern lifestyle hotel. Location wise - it’s at Chetras hood, majority Chinese Malaysian populated with heartlander stores, off the track shops and locals-go-to eateries. The hotel is located next to an ultra big shopping mall (comparable in size to Hudson Yards on 34th & 12th in Manhattan, Takashimaya in Orchard Singapore). Chetras is located at the fringe of downtown KL, 10-15 mins Grab ride, 15 mins MRT ride away. The success & sustainability of any service business are attributed not only to its hardwares but also its soft factors, I.e. “softwares” & most importantly for both to work hand in hand. INNside has both, which more than compensated for not situated right in downtown KL. Besides having well designed decor, ultra clean, sleek & modern rooms & facilities, the attentiveness, friendliness & warmth of the staff (from managers like Viveen, Azwan, Nastasia to all the crew staff - housekeeping, technical, F&B, front desk) touch our heart). Just to list an example amid many, I came for morning breakfast 15-20 mins late one day and although they had cleared the breakfasts, the manager was very accommodative, in offering coffee before I head out. I was extremely touched when he & the crew later brought out & offered good selection of breads & fruits, and I was well fed & energized for my days! It’s all these soft touches (and not blindly following the rule books) that leave a great impression! Kudos to the INNside team! Keep it up!
MMIKO oyenRoom is clean. Good services from staff. All of the staff that we met during our stay are friendly and approachable. And at the very last minute, we wanted to check out slightly later, staff were understanding and allowed us to check out late. Overall, we love our stay over here.
GGuest UserExcellent location, walk 3 mlnutes to Chinatown, many eateries around. A lot of parking lots at the basement, just pay RM10 to hotel before you leave, no matter how many days you stay. Rooms are very comfortable to stay. Free( for local ) rapid bus station to Bukit Bintang and KLCC is nearby the hotel. Price is reasonable. Super single beds for twin room. I like this hotel.
GGuest UserThis is a nice hotel for a stay. If you need to go to Sunway Velocity Medical Centre this hotel is located close by. There are places to eat nearby. The mall next door is pretty dead.
AAmir MizwanHotel room is old fashion.. toilet is not clean properly.. parking is free but you need to be expert cause is too narrow.
Has Fun Run event in Kepong Metropolitan Park… just 10 minutes from the event place
GGuest UserStaying with my husband for business purposed. Booking through Floresta Hotel websites & got discount too. The room worth the price. It was budget hotel but still nice in terms of room cleanliness, amenities & facilities. The staff are very helpful & kind. The one who served us is Ms Sofea. She's so nice, we came here for a business but decided to extend since it was a nice hotel. And Ms Sofea help to arrange room with good view. And lurveee the lobby, feels like you're in jungle. It was nice if you put fake river too haha.
