It was a pleasure staying at this new residence with its strategic location near TRX. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with, especially when I needed assistance with the check-in and check-out process due to some confusion with the house system. The house itself was very clean, beautifully decorated, and kid-friendly, with no sharp edges. The view was fantastic, with KLCC, KL Tower, and Pavilion all nearby. I was also thrilled to find that my favorite restaurant, Levain, is right next door. I’m very happy to have discovered this place and will definitely return. My family will also choose this residence whenever they visit KL

All the facilities are very new and convenient to use, especially the washing machine with washing and drying function, which makes up for the regret of not having a balcony. Everything is good. The biggest problem is that because the house is relatively new, the smell is really strong. It is not recommended for people who are sensitive to respiratory tract and smell. It would be better to come three months later or later.

Very nice modern tower with a great, well-maintained rooftop pool with a view of the KL City skyline.
Next door is the Lalaport Shopping Mall with many restaurants, cafes, supermarket and a real paradise of activities for children.
In about 5 minutes on foot you can reach Berjaya Times Square with local shops and restaurants.
Our suite was very nice and functionally furnished for the price, the service and friendliness of the landlords were excellent👍🏻👍🏻
@The only drawback: a large mirror would be great, as in our apartment there was only a long, narrow one in the bathroom above the sink.

Beyond my expectations!
On arrival, its exterior left a lot to be desired. That was my initial observation. The positive experience began from my check-in all throughout my 4N stay in the building.
Customer service: For the most part, pleasantly delightful and polite! I’d like to commend the Operations Manager, Alex Wong for being courteous & polite for the duration of my stay.
Cleanliness: Without a doubt, the BEST feature of this location. From the walkway to the room, the sight and smell was extremely pleasant!
Facilities: I didn’t expect there to be a lot of facility in this building or at least had expected the offerings to be dingy & rundown. But NO, their swimming pool, gym, prayer room, function rooms were as top notch as can be. Amazing!
This place was newly opened too so while works were carried out, for the most part the stay was incredibly positive! Highly, highly recommended choice of accommodation for your KL visit.

My place is a preferred choice for luxury accommodation in the vicinity of KLCC and as it known as the Citys Commercial, Shopping & Entertainment Hub. The best part is the rooftop garden comes with stunning city views which includes Petronas Twin Towers. It's a perfect spot for those who refer to enjoy your stay with low density accommodation.
The apartment is within walking distance to major KL hotspots: KL Tower, Suria KLCC, Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, and Aquaria KLCC. The food scene is awesome, from Malaysian street fare to international cuisines to nightclubbing.

The view of balcony is able to see the Petronas Twin Towers, it is very nice. The service of ambassador is good, facilities haven’t been experienced. No food was provided.

The main reason is the price. I think it's beyond my expectation. The sleep is very good and I can check in early. I've stayed in high-end hotels around here for thousands of dollars. Some of them are not as good as this one. The only difference is that this one doesn't have a swimming pool.

The serviced apartment is spacious enough and comfortable to stay in. The quality of the furniture is average but understandable. The only problem is that there is no socket next to the bed, which is very annoying for three days. There is a socket behind the bed and it cannot be used without moving the bed. Other than that, everything is good. If I go to Kuala Lumpur again, I will definitely choose it.

location wise are very good,KLCC just few mins walking, also MRT are just downstairs, check in and out are smooth,a lot of guest everyday
The only thing is the pool are only open 10 to 10,I go out early and come back late,so doesn’t got much time to enjoy the infinity pool, and also the pool can’t see KLCC much,so if you are in it,choose tower 2 better, they are facing to the KLCC,refer to my photo

The location of this hotel is nice and it’s big.
But we didn’t like our stay here because of super crowded lobby, unorganized lobby reception, imagine they will not let you check in early before 3pm so you have to left your luggage’s with other luggage’s in the hotel lobby without room and proper storage. We also didn’t like that they will never give you a chance to check in early and let you wait till 3. They also didn’t give us the room that we booked we don’t know for some reason they didn’t tell us they just said that they upgraded our room which we didn’t like because of the location of the room the intertet is so weak and the view because we bookeed and nice city view but they didn’t give it to us. I always think this way that when the hotel upgraded your hotel booking its always shadey and it’s like not upgraded at all it was just all a lie. We didn’t like also the service here because we came at hotel late from clubbing we are all thirsty and when we want to ask for room service unfortunately it’s not available because it’s till 7pm only!!! they didn’t even mention that to us upon checking in. The good thing about this hotel is the infinity pool nothing else. The service, the lobby the reception are no for us. Take note going in front of the hotel is quite traffic too because of narrow road of the area.

ZZomoFreaking Amazing hotel!
The apartment was ridiculous huge and spacious.
Everything was clean and comfortable.
From the point you exit your car/ride, you already feel the hospitality at the top notch.
Nice pool but a little small,
Amazing free mocktails in the evening.
All the staffs were helpful and polite!
Only down side is the unfriendly placement of charging point in the apartment
AAnonymous UserHotel is clean, comfy and location is fantastic. However, lift management and sound proofing were really bad. In the morning, waiting for the lift can take up to 15 min as the lifts were always full. Sound proofing is bad and you can hear the doors slamming a few rooms away from yours. You can even hear your neighbours’ toilet doors at night. Otherwise, it is a good stay.
NNurnazidaWe arrived at the hotel at 4 pm but unfortunately our room wasn't ready yet. We had to wait around 20 minutes, which was a bit inconvenient, especially since the lobby was always crowded with guests. However, once we got to our room, we were pleased with its cleanliness and the magnificent view from the window which was definitely a highlight of our stay.
The breakfast selection was moderate but acceptable for the price. While it wasn't an extravagant spread, it had enough variety to satisfy most tastes.
One downside is that the hotel doesn't offer room service. However, it's located in a very convenient area, with convenience stores and eateries nearby, so finding food was never an issue.
Overall, it's a good choice for a stay, particularly if you're looking for a clean room with a great view and don't mind waiting a bit or heading out for meals.
KKytchermaineI booked a Superior Room through Trip.com at a great deal. Upon entering the room, I was impressed by the design, but we were hit by a strong smoke smell. We requested to change rooms, and the staff informed us that there were no available Superior Rooms that day, so they upgraded us to a better room.
We truly appreciated that gesture, and the new room was indeed nice, with just a minor issue with the flush, but that was resolved during our stay.
GGuest UserBooked the wrong Melia (didn’t know there are two Melia in KL, older Melia in Bukit Bintang) but I’m very pleasantly impressed by every aspect of this 4-month old (as of Aug 2023) modern lifestyle hotel. Location wise - it’s at Chetras hood, majority Chinese Malaysian populated with heartlander stores, off the track shops and locals-go-to eateries. The hotel is located next to an ultra big shopping mall (comparable in size to Hudson Yards on 34th & 12th in Manhattan, Takashimaya in Orchard Singapore). Chetras is located at the fringe of downtown KL, 10-15 mins Grab ride, 15 mins MRT ride away. The success & sustainability of any service business are attributed not only to its hardwares but also its soft factors, I.e. “softwares” & most importantly for both to work hand in hand. INNside has both, which more than compensated for not situated right in downtown KL. Besides having well designed decor, ultra clean, sleek & modern rooms & facilities, the attentiveness, friendliness & warmth of the staff (from managers like Viveen, Azwan, Nastasia to all the crew staff - housekeeping, technical, F&B, front desk) touch our heart). Just to list an example amid many, I came for morning breakfast 15-20 mins late one day and although they had cleared the breakfasts, the manager was very accommodative, in offering coffee before I head out. I was extremely touched when he & the crew later brought out & offered good selection of breads & fruits, and I was well fed & energized for my days! It’s all these soft touches (and not blindly following the rule books) that leave a great impression! Kudos to the INNside team! Keep it up!
ZZhi yongOasia Suites is a great budget option for a central hotel in KL. Its fitout is a little dated compared to some of the more modern hotels, but it’s still perfectly fine. And for the amount you can save compared to other places it’s a great value option if you’re ok with “the look” not being on-point.
We had a suite for less than half the price of a room in other nearby hotels. Our suite was clean on arrival and was serviced every day. Including clean sheet and towels.
CChe WeaOne of favourite hotel to stay when trip to Kuala Lumpur is Ancasa Hotel & Spa. Room very nice especially if get room view KL Tower and Maybank Building (nice view especially at night).
Almost more 10 trip to KL, will stay here. Staff very helpfull & friendly, f&b very delicious. Hotel area nearest with LRT, MRT, UTC Pudu, Petaling Street and almost just walking if want to eat at nearest kedai makan. I like mee tarik Warisan #AncasaHotelKualaLumpur #BiTES #F&B #cutimalaysia #cuti2kl
OOoiFor those new traveler that just come to KL, i highly recommend this hotel. 1st things is their location, they do connected with KL sentral with that linked with major public transport in KL. you will no need worry about transport issue. 2nd things is their service, they do provide best service as i have request few things with them they also able to provide to me. 3rd things is the cleanliness, as a budget hotel they do able to maintain their cleanliness is very rare to see at budget hotel.
The only bad is the Sound insulation. although the room door they sure are very thick, but you still will listen the sound from corridor. beside this issue, there is nothings big issue from this hotel. Highly recommend you all to stay at here.
GGuest UserThe lobby reception stated that hotel will charge customer rm 10/ bottle for treated pipe water, if we want extra water other than 2 that was provided. One of the bottle were already opened when I checkedin
Parking is limited. My bro has to park at other parking lot because there were no more parking spot when he arrived at 1030pm at night.
At night, outside is noisy even it is already 2am+
The body lotion bottle were dropped at floor when I checkin
VVithiaBooked the hotel for the name of the hotel since it is located in the central of KL. Was unappealing with the room booked because it was not clean especially the toilet. The toilet wasn’t equipped with a water shower instead of the old shower head with 2 different temperature. The bed had blood stain as well. The front desk staff was friendly upon check in. The hotel provides free parking for the guest. There are convenience store nearby which is supposed to open 24 hours, yet closed when visited at 7am. Only the Lobby looked new, not the rooms.
