Facilities: Overall it's OK, it can be clean and tidy. Environment: There is a big difference between the hotel's promotional photos and the actual promotional photos! There is fraud! But the overall environment is OK! Service: There are many Chinese tourists, and there are no conversion plugs, so you need to buy them yourself. The cost performance is not high, not cheaper than in China, that's all I can say.

My place is a preferred choice for luxury accommodation in the vicinity of KLCC and as it known as the Citys Commercial, Shopping & Entertainment Hub. The best part is the rooftop garden comes with stunning city views which includes Petronas Twin Towers. It's a perfect spot for those who refer to enjoy your stay with low density accommodation. The apartment is within walking distance to major KL hotspots: KL Tower, Suria KLCC, Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, and Aquaria KLCC. The food scene is awesome, from Malaysian street fare to international cuisines to nightclubbing.

Not allowing early check-in and not allowing luggage storage is acceptable, but I was not allowed to check in at three o'clock. I waited for an hour and the hotel was still not cleaned. I took a midnight flight with my child, didn't sleep all night, couldn't eat with my luggage, and waited for three hours until the check-in time you allowed, but I had to wait more than an hour! I contacted Ctrip, and you insisted on refunding 36 yuan to apologize. What do I want to say? No one who sees the review will stay here in the future. The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are relatively new. You can see TRX across the street from the room, and it is convenient to go to TRX or several famous restaurants nearby. There are also ample parking spaces.

First impression building is new and still alot of construction on the surround however the vicinity of the place is so close to shopping district i.e. TRX just a short stroll around the block, 15mins walking distance to pavilion. In terms of facilities and amenities, these both were sufficient. There is gym and pool which we didn't get chance to use and a sky garden at the top level which you can get a glimpse of KL tower and twin towers at night. The washing machine was very useful as we had a family of 4. Service and cleanliness is above average, there was some used towels underneath the vanity and it was cleaned immediately the next day after we raised this issue. Housekeeping was done as soon as we requested the following day. Overall, we had a great time and stay at the apartment.
