New and Clean Hotel, good service, polite and friendly hotel staff Nice Location, in between Abdullah Hukum LRT Station & The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Mall Nice breakfast with a lot variety of food And great surprise for the birthday deco and cake, overall everything is nice and value for money, will stay here again on next visit to KL

The staff were all really helpful right from check in to breakfast. One particular incident gave me a great impression. The breakfast spread is wonderful, but on the day I was there they didn’t have Bircher muesli or any kind of muesli out. I asked a chef and he said he could get me a portion specially. I said not to bother, but 10 mins later he came to my table with an excellent bowl full. I would also recommend the Nasi Lemak station which had the most tasty Ayam Goreng Berempah. The hotel is not right near the central attractions but is conveniently connected to them via the MRT, which is less than 5 mins walk away.

Stayed at Amari for our anniversary, and it was such a memorable experience! From the moment we walked into the hotel, I was impressed by the lovely scent in the lobby—it smelled so good! The location of Amari is unbeatable. With a link bridge connecting to The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley, getting around was so convenient. There’s also easy LRT access to KLCC, and just a minute’s walk to 7-Eleven and Boost. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though I’ll definitely book a king-size bed next time—queen size felt a bit cramped for two. A big shoutout to Wawa for the warm hospitality and the beautiful decoration in our room, which made our anniversary even more special. The rain shower was great, with strong water pressure, and the soundproofing in the room was excellent—we couldn’t hear any noise from outside. I also really liked the side table lamp; it added a nice cozy touch to the room. Breakfast was another highlight. They had a wide selection of dishes—western, Chinese, and Indian options—and they kept replenishing the food regularly. Everything tasted great! I particularly enjoyed the congee, egg station, salad bar, pastries, pancakes, and roti canai. The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful, always ensuring that guests had what they needed, which made the experience even better. The gym room was small but had everything I needed for my daily workouts. Overall, it was such a great stay. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Super convenient location, overhead bridge connection to mid valley. Bought club access room so that I can enjoy lounge everyday. Free flow of coffee and fruit juice and evening snack and cocktail. The room is also very comfortable and clean.they even provide birthday cake for my birthday.

Overall, a great hotel with a clean and well-equipped room, delicious breakfast with a wide variety of local and Western options, and 15 min drive to KL’s city centre! Our stay got a little marred on the last night when we returned to our room and found that the drinking water dispenser was spoiled. This caused the sink to leak at the bottom. Although we were provided with bottled water, we would’ve appreciated a note from the staff instead of discovering the problem ourselves.

Spoons and the glasses they provided are not clean, the housekeeper basically don’t really clean them and just put them back the same place. It’s pretty gross.

Lovely accommodation. Big rooms. Not much of a view. Looks out to an office building and residences. Good breakfast. Convenient to mid-valley and the gardens shopping mall. Compliment snacks in room not complimentary so pls check before you consume.

Signage from far is good leading to hotel from Mid Valley but as we Approached the hotel the signage could have been better like Mercu Hotel,  Also there is only escalator going up towards Mid Valley link bridge. There is only stairs walking down towards the hotel. This is very inconvenient for older people or handicap people

It's our 4th visit to this hotel , we love their breakfast, and thanks for letting our 2 rooms close to the next other. Location is nice and easily access to both shopping mall, the garden mall and mid valley Megamall.

Celebrated 60th Birthday at Amari, the room was well decorated with lots of balloons and a touch of cheerfulness for my hubby. We love the cake and the ❤️ shape decor, making it a memorable stay.

I really love to stay in this hotel, receptionists are very polite and friendly. I have been informed that I was upgraded to Deluxe Club since the room is available and I’m a regular guest. Definitely will stay in this hotel on my next trip

This was the best hotel so far i have stay recently. The manager who on duty that day is doing a good job settle my booking. Breakfast is good. All staffs with smiling face. Definitely will be back.
