Toothpaste need charge 2nd set. Only provide 1 set. Drinking only 1 bottle. Everything based to charge to get another. No attraction surrounding. The bed is comfortable

During my stay here i encounter aircond problem in my room for 2 days. aircond not cold at all. even complaint through the phone with front desk was dissappointed. he just hang up even i was still talking. i need to face him & manager on duty after that at counter. poor customer service. need to improve better on this.

The lobby reception stated that hotel will charge customer rm 10/ bottle for treated pipe water, if we want extra water other than 2 that was provided. One of the bottle were already opened when I checkedin
Parking is limited. My bro has to park at other parking lot because there were no more parking spot when he arrived at 1030pm at night.
At night, outside is noisy even it is already 2am+
The body lotion bottle were dropped at floor when I checkin

Spacious, clean, comfy bed, friendly staff.
Love the location as it’s close to train station and easy to book grab cos the traffic in the area is not as crazy as Bukit Bintang.
Nice small gym but the cable machine was unserviceable.
Would definitely stay here again
