Overall the hotel satisfied me. only spent 1 night there. Staffs friendly and kind. My room is well prepared but there's no iron. Near the mall and city centre also convinience to get public transport too

Stayed for 1 night to catch a train to the airport, rooms was neat and tidy. Aircond spilling or dripping water but still manage to make the room cold. Water pressure was acceptable. Nearby to eateries, very chaotic during the night but not too noisy after 11pm

The room was a bit smelly like putrified vegetables. And even though we ordered a bigger room they only gave us a very small tiny room.

Front desk(receptionist) not friendly..the staff keep on talking to phone while do the check in(night staff) no eye contact & no information given to us..overall was ok
