I found out that not all room come with attached bathroom. Some room have bathroom sharing whichever is terrible for me and I ended up pay extra to change the room. Bed was okay for us it’s just troublesome to use the staircase to reach the bed as the room I booked have upstairs bed and downstairs is bathroom and cabinet area. Everything is chargeable including towel , toothbrush and so on. Thank God they provided body shampoo at least. Overall I will rate 2/5 ⭐️. I will consider coming again to try better room.

This is mislead us with the description of the hotel. This looks like a br***el place … We informed the receptionist but he refused to care about cancellation… Immediately contacted Trip and spoke with Francis! explained in detail and he promised to come back but didn’t. Despite trying again the following days and sending emails but no reply or call from trip. Now, one thing is sure that TRIP doesn’t neither care the clients not ensure enough the facilities are accurately posted. If not properly compensated, I’m not going to use TRIP any longer as I was with other platforms all these periods!

Customer service is ok but the hotel might not meet local building law. There might be some concern about safety and fire.

The staff was very nice. I booked a dormitory room, but they upgraded me because they said a single room was available, but the single room was terrible. The space in which the room was located was closed off, and even though the shower, toilet, and sink were all in the hallway, there was no window, and only one small ventilator, so the air flow was poor and it always smelled moldy. They must have mopped the room, but the single room, which was like a prison cell, had no windows or ventilators, so the floor was still wet even the next day. It was the first time that a quick-drying towel hadn't dried even after a day. I thought I couldn't live there, so I requested the original dormitory room, but they said it was a no-good room, although I couldn't understand the exact reason because of my poor English skills. They said that the other room with a window (cheap but extra charge) wouldn't be available until tomorrow. However, I couldn't put up with a similar room with a window, so I changed hotels. Since I paid through the website, I wasn't refunded. That's understandable, but... The staff listened to me and tried to solve the problem, but the room was terrible. I don't know about the other rooms.

A good hostel with a restaurant, kitchen, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Located in a quiet area, in the courtyards. The staff quickly respond to messages in WhatsApp. The rooms are small, clean, have air conditioning, Wi-Fi. When visiting the restaurant, guests receive a 15% discount on dishes. The nearest monorail station is a seven-minute walk away.
