Second time here and i love this place!! Super convenient, as i can walk to Pavillion mall and Lot 10 is just right beside us with amazing japanese food! rooms are clean and spacious! love that there is a washing machine and dryer as well

In short: Terrible experience with several considerable gaps across housekeeping, breakfast offerings and limited service standards. The only redeeming quality is the location. The detail: First room was great, no major issues with the room which was a Premier category. Upper level, so good view. Only issue here was toilet roll was not replenished (there was none left), and pillows smelt of ass. Both replaced when raised. Second room, after we extended our stay, was a Deluxe and it went downhill. Fast. Blood stain on the blanket… bites overnight (assume bed bugs), towels smelt like used, lukewarm water during shower, freezing cold room despite attempting to increase the temp and then finally washing machine had a major leak. It took maintenance team over an hour to come take a look. Breakfast - basic and fine except when it got busy on the Friday and there was no food left… no bread, no fruits, nothing. Guests roaming abound the tight buffet area unsure what to pick from (remnants of noodle left, salad leaves, and some stale danish pastries). Staff were unsure what to tackle first oncoming Guests, clean up the plates or hide from the complaints. Tried raising the variety of issues as feedback with the Manager twice, but no follow up or any contact from the duty manager. Got chatting to another couple staying at the hotel, and they had a similar experience with breakfast disappointment and service overall being really flat. Cannot wait to check out tomorrow. Imagine blood stains, bed bugs, smelly towels and no service standards when things go wrong. 2.5 stars overall.

This is my family's 2nd stay at this wonderful hotel. As per our last visit, we had a wonderful experience at this family suite. Every staff member we encountered, from the security, check-in, room service, breakfast waiters and waitresses, they were all delightful and eager to offer their assistance. Shout out to Ms Esther who attended to us during our daily breakfast at the lounge area throughout our stay there (01 to 05 Jun 2024). She went her extra miles to make sure we had an enjoyable breakfast. The hotel's location is very strategic and convenient. It is across the Sungei Wang Plaza and opposite Lot 10 Shopping Centre. It is also less than 10 minutes walk to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. The family suite is very spacious and fully equipped with two large smart TVs, a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine. The swimming pool is located on the highest floor with a good view. There was only a small issue that we encountered during our stay. We discovered that the safe was faulty upon checking into our room (Room 2414). I had reported it to the room service and 02 male staff wearing suits (I presumed they are the hotel's security staff) came over with a laptop to rectify the issue. After checking the safe, they mentioned that the safe's battery is faulty. Before leaving our room, they mentioned they will send a technician to replace the safe's battery. To our dismay, no technician came to rectify the safe's issue throughout our stay there. Other than that, there was nothing that could fault the hotel. The hotel is great and my family will definitely stay here again during our vacation in Kuala Lumpur. Thank you Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur for your great hospitality.

My stay at Pan Pacific was exceptional! After an early flight, I arrived at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in immediately, even though it was only around 1 PM. The staff were outstanding—professional, courteous, and genuinely kind. I loved our room, which was beautifully decorated for my partner's 30th birthday, complete with a complimentary slice of cake. The room's ambiance was perfect. I'm planning to visit Kuala Lumpur again in July, this time for a vacation with my family rather than a business trip, and I definitely plan to stay at Pan Pacific again. A huge shoutout to the amazing reception staff and everyone who made this trip so wonderful. I look forward to coming back here in July. Truly recommend this hotel! -jess

Had a great time at Pan Pac serviced Suites. Central location accessible to many shopping centres within walking distance. Great breakfast provided. There is a washing machine in the apartment that’s useful for long stayers.
