Bai Yi Homestay V Residence (Sunway Velocity)

The room is large, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it is very cost-effective. It can accommodate a family of four. It is close to the mall and convenient for shopping and eating. The supporting swimming pool is great. The merchants are also patient and enthusiastic. It’s just that the merchants don’t use WeChat, they use WhatsApp, and the reserved phone number is often not answered. It is inconvenient for Chinese tourists to contact, which makes people anxious. I had a headache when I checked in on the first day.

I appreciated the service and the cleanliness of the room because they are all new. But I didn’t take bath because there is no water from the shower. Very disappointed, also the deposit took very long, it required me to remind them so that they sent the deposit. If I didn’t remind them, my deposit would have gone

The room was nice, lovely view, comfortable bed. It had a kitchen which didn’t have anything in it so you defiantly could cook a meal. There was a very small selection on plates, cups and cutlery. The shower was powerful but it never got very warm! The downside was our room in 9 days was only cleaned once, I kept having to message the man that checked us in. He brought fresh towels once and we ended up buying our own extra toilet roll.
