Smooth check in and check out.. Breakfast was fine.
I just would like to highlight, that the hotel should get our Villa ready by on the light inside the Villa and the entrance when the guest arrives late at night. It was so dark at the Villa entrance.. tv no sound but the maintenance did a good job..he came very fast after we informed the reception..there is a yellowish stain on the bed duvet ( in future do check before guest check in)..
Overall it was a pleasant stay.. we love the concept of this resort..it's so peaceful, greenish and healing.

Stayed for 4D3N, Amani villa. Beautiful resort. So clean!! So peaceful and quiet. Not many visitors as we booked on an off-peak season. Breakfast was ok. Tried out the spa, rented the e-scooter to explore the vast landscape of the resort. Service was excellent. Spent most of our time at the villa pool, just "healing" and watching squirrels. Definitely will visit again!
P.s if you are squirmish around bugs and tiny harmless insect, this resort is not for you. All villas are surrounded with trees and plants. Tiny bugs in the pool... We saw a cute metallic coloured beetle on the deck chair, and we had dragonfly flew into our room.

During our stay at the villa, we thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and semi-outdoor bath tub. The room was impressive, with a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom, connected to the outdoor platform, was stunning, and the hot, steaming bath water was a highlight. The branded toiletries, including the additional body lotion, were a great touch, especially after swimming.
Highlights of our stay included the private pool, the complimentary high teas, and the option to have breakfast served in the restaurant or in-room. The resort also offered amenities such as complimentary buggy rides, bike rentals, and various free games. Exploring the vast resort, with its nature sounds and relaxing atmosphere, was a memorable experience. Additionally, the dinner and bar were worth visiting and offered affordable options.
However, the air conditioning in the room was not effective at night, and some of the bikes provided were not in the best condition. The steep slopes in the resort also posed a challenge, as I had a biking accident due to my own excitement and adrenaline rush. It's important to be cautious when using the bikes.
For other dining and leisure options, Gambang offers local Chinese eateries, and Kuantan town, just an hour's drive away, provides modern cafes, shopping opportunities, and beach access.

Exceptional ambience..
Staff was kind and friendly from the guard,reception,buggy,restaurant and all of them..
The resort was well maintain even huge area.
We love it so much..its really close to nature and everything was inside the resort (palm estate,lake,wetland,river and forest).
