Excellent hotel with amazing breakfast and service

Great location , but a bit loud because of the trains , apart from that we recommended this hotel ,as it's in heart of Kraków , very close to train station and Galeria Krakowska , walking distance to Old Town it's just few minutes through park

The front desk staff were very polite and helpful in English. The room was clean, but my room only had shampoo, so if you stay at this hotel you will need to buy your own body soap, conditioner, etc.

The location is very good. It is very close to the old town, the train station and the shopping mall. There is a small Carrefour not far away. The only dissatisfaction is that the wifi is very weak (maybe I live far away). The shower head cannot be turned to the ideal position and the water is weak. Breakfast is okay. good

Everything has been excellent. Its staff, the hotel, the amenities and location are excellent. What can we say about breakfast, outstanding!! We couldn't have chosen our accommodation in Krakow better. We will be back!!!!

Nice and quiet in a side street on the edge of the old town, very close to the train station/Galeria. Decent room, clean, modern shower, good breakfast.

Proximity to the station and the Market Square. Air conditioning in the room is appreciated, especially in summer. Low room cost compared to other hotels without air conditioning.

Convenient location close to the train station and the Market Square. Kettle in the room. Clean and good breakfast - quite a variety, even fresh fruit. Nice coffee. No shampoo (can be purchased at reception) and mineral water. Poorly soundproofed rooms, noises heard even from the room opposite. There was a strange smell in the bathroom.

I sorted through many hotel options in Krakow and didn't get the one I wanted because I reserved too late. Glad I did. This hotel is amazing. Close to the square yet quiet and very accessible to the good stuff. Easy check in, amazing rooms and front staff person was the best! Breakfast was good but we got there toward the end so things we picked over. Great coffee!
