Hotels near Tew Lay Bar, Krabi

This is our 4th trip to Krabi and subsequently the 4th hotel that we have stayed at. Villa cha cha in a nutshell is everything you want in a resort for a family trip. We booked the beachfront suite and it was nice, spacious and comfortable! The service is overall good but, and this is a minor issue, the food takes time to be served in the restaurant, which basically means you can enjoy more cocktails in the happy hour :) It is a 15 mins drive away from Ao Nang beach but they have a free shuttle service every half hour. Another thing they can improve upon is having another masseuse at their spa. There is only one masseuse and sometimes the wait period is too long!

Good central location. Room was basic and spacious, bed was comfortable. Breakfast selection was limited but food quality was excellent, and the staff serving breakfast were wonderful. We stayed in the second block and the Wi-Fi signal was weak at times. It was strong in the first block.

Ok...overall, everything is ok, only that room doesn't have a lift..as I mentioned that the room is on the ground floor and the room next to it and if there is a lift, because my mother's knees are too strong to go up the stairs...my mother had to talk to go down up...

A GOOD HOTEL, VERY NICE LOOKING, STAFF ARE FREINDLY ENOUGH, GOT TOURIST CENTRE THERE. POOL IS VERY GOOD. DID NOT HAVE BREAKFAST, HOTEL CERY CLEAN, PILLOWS AND DUVET ARE VERY GOOD, BED A BIT HARD FOR MY LIKING, ACROSS TGE ROAD TO BEACH. GREAT FOOD NIGHT MARKET, BARS AND RESTAURANTS 20 METRES AWAY. DOWNSIDE. LOTS OF KIDS BANGING ABOUT. IF U HAVE POOL ACCES ROOM U GET LOTS OF BANGING FROM ABOVE..

Place was nice. The receptionist was very friendly and always willing to help. It is a nice quiet area if you just want to relax for couple of days. Breakfast wasnt that bad also

I stayed for the first time at ' Maneetel Ao Nang ' on friday night. Ao Nang was very busy for ' Somkran ' so I couldnt park at the hotel but there were spaces at ' Landmark' very close by. Its in a great location with everything you might need in walking distance. I choose it as I was visiting the New ' Irish Embassy Pub ' + wanted to walk there. On arrival, there were 2 lovely reception staff who did a great job of welcoming me. Its a lovely spacious reception where the gym + pool + a coffee shop are all on ground level. The room was perfect + very nicely designed/decorated. Its small but I expected that. Theres a balcony if you want to sit out. VERY unlike the reviews previous to mine...I had a super night sleep, NO noise at all until my alarm clock went off ! The breakfast area is on the 2nd floor + you can sit facing out to sea ! Good choice of breakfast + spotlessly clean. I would be happy to return here.

The service staff in the restaurant are all lovely. Especially the restaurant manager, good service, very cute, take care of customers very well, reception men and driver. Very cute, good service, ready to help I am impressed, but I would like to deduct 1 star Because when booking the room, I wrote a request that I asked for a quiet room Which thinks that the hotel should see and arrange the room as requested, but when I really stayed On the first night, it was quite noisy because the room doesn't keep much sound. When someone playing in the water, they will hear the sound. But we are still ok Because the sound is not so loud that we can't sleep But when staying for the second night There are new customers who stay in the room above. That day, we went diving and when we came back in, quite shocked. because the noise is very loud. Running and playing in the room, smashing our feet. At first, we thought it would be late. He may not sleep at all. But when the time passed until 4-5 p.m. There were children running and climbing the balcony. smashing the door in front of the balcony loudly in the hotel. Quiet for a while Until we were going to sleep, there was a running and playing in the room Almost all night But I think I can still bear it because it is still lighter than the sound of smashing the balcony door Until in the morning, I was shocked to wake up because a child climbed in front of the room. I feel very uncomfortable And have to wake up because of the extreme noise Both the sound of running on the room The sound of running in front of our room climbed in front of our room I felt uneasy at all, so I had gone to inform the staff. Which the reception lady (morning Shift) has received the matter But doesn't look very careful Not very careful what we have to know So we went to talk to the organizer. The restaurant, which he is very cute. He apologized to us And listen to what we said Until we felt good and impressed him But I want the hotel to pay attention to the customer's request a little Because when we stay The room is not full. room is generally nice and clean. staff very accommodating. soap and shampoo in the room are not checked daily. one needs to call housekeeping. lobby of building A is extremely hot. aircon not working properly, most of the time, it's switched off. windows and doors are open so the heat goes in. staff should speak better english to communicate better. no-smoking policy is not implemented well. smell of cigarette smoke reeks in the hallway/ corridors on different floors.

We enjoyed our stay a lot and probably would have stayed two days even more, but unfortunately they were booked out. We also had a special request in our booking and they didn’t ignore it. In the room you have everything that you need - a fridge, TV and even a hairdryer. Most important part is the bed and we liked it a lot..I read before we went that some people found the bed very hard, but for us it was perfect and we had a very good sleep. WiFi worked great (watched Netflix without problems) and room was very clean - no strange stains on the sheets or anything like that. Also the location is ideal for Krabi town, because in front of the hotel there is a market where you can get food (rice with crispy chicken and salad) starting from 35 Baht and 7/11 is just next to the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

With the night food market just a 5-minute walk away and Krabi walking street within comfortable walking distance, convenience is guaranteed. Your needs will be catered to by the polite and helpful staff, ensuring a pleasant stay. Immaculate rooms and impeccable service further contribute to a delightful experience. Although the sink might be considered small, it proves to be inconsequential when compared to the overall positive aspects. Following our enjoyable two-night stay, we are undeniably compelled to return.
