Lovely resort with a great pool area. We stayed in garden villa facing to the pool. The room and bathroom was spacious and look the same in the pictures. Bed is hard as rock. AC worked well. Also, the resort is in a good location right on the beach and close to shops, restaurants and long tail boats ticket. However, there are too many things that need to be improved - 1 key per room is a bad idea and inconvenient. I know the owner wants to save an electricity bill and try to keep its green. - Hot water in the shower didn’t work properly - Most staff look miserable, unfriendly and unprofessional. They need intense training about customer service and communication. - Breakfast was alright, not variety. Everyday food stand cold and always run out. It’s not promptly refilled. Taste was not bad. Juice is cordial not fresh one. Coffee machine looks dirty and tired and could be long line when it’s busy - Housekeeper came very late each day and they didn’t pick up room service dishes until we checked out - Bed linens and pool towels look old and tired. Need changed - Wifi was very slow and it kept dropped out. - the item cost lists made us feel a bit no courtesy and too stingy but it’s understandable. If the management could improve all those issues, this resort would be a great place to stay. Overall for us, we enjoyed our stay here.

An unforgettable stay! The room was spacious and luxurious, but the highlight was our own private pool—serene and spotless. Attentive staff, great amenities, and perfect for a relaxing getaway! The location was ideal, close to attractions yet peaceful. We can’t wait to return for another dreamy escape!

It’s my 6th time staying at this resort, and first experience after the property change to owned under Avani Hotels group. Overall experience was still amazing, the only down side I noticed is the housekeeping is not as good, they staff seems do halfway and forget the rest and when we back in room towels & water not fill up. Feedback but also took awhile for the staff to serve us. However, it’s still a great place to stay and enjoy Ao Nang to the fullest.

I love AVA Sea Resort in Krabi. The staff are super friendly, the location is very close to beach and town, and the facilities were more than I needed. The locality was rich of shops, tourists, food, and all about Thailand. I shall definitely stay there again as a centre and it is then easy to explore the rest of the various of postcard beaches, restaurants, and other excitements. Elephants park, four hour cooking classes, boat trips to nearby Islands, visit Phuket for a couple of days or one day!

This hotel is beautiful! The staff is super friendly and helpful! The hotel located right next to the beach, and my wife and I loved that! We went to Krabi to celebrate our honeymoon and to our surprise, they prepared for us a very nice honeymoon welcome in the room, and we both were very happy. The only drawback we found was that the rooms apparently have very thin walls or that they let sounds pass through the walls. We could clearly hear what the guests in the other room were talking about and they could actually hear us too, we felt like there wasn't much privacy.

The location of the hotel is perfect . The hotel is clean , modern and hip . There are many chill areas which is nice if you want to remain at the hotel but not in your room . The room is adequate , lovely fridge and the bathroom is spacious. The gym is small but sufficient provided there are not too many people in there at once , nice variety of equipment ie kettlebells , free weights , sandbags , treadmill , steppers etc . The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast but does offer a 200baht voucher per room to spend at their little cafe . Perhaps the amount per room can be increased . Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would without a doubt stay there again .

number of people staying really matters to the hotel - upon checking in they will ask how many people are staying and they strictly wont allow more than 2 people in a room, its their policy - we came in a group of 3, so we need to pay additional 1000 baht per night. we stayed 3 nights so we need to pay 3000 baht upon checking in - its impossible to lie to them as their lobby is very open so they definitely can see how many of u guys coming once u drop out from your airport car - i dont mind and im not angry to the hotel because we need to respect their policy, plus the receptionist is kind and helpful, they talk to u nicely cleanliness - the room is very clean and well maintained, nothing to complain. i feel comfortable - pool is clean as well, i saw they clean the pool every morning location - the only downside of this hotel is the location. its not on the mainroad. its a bit far from the beach. - i book grab around 70baht one way to the beach and shopping streets. - i book grab around 90baht one way to aonang landmark night market - i book grab around 70baht one way to aonang muslim street food - if u’re planning to rent a motorbike then the location of this hotel doesnt really matter breakfast - all halal breakfast - variety choices of food - breakfast served from 6.30am - 11am - one male staff on duty name Music was really kind and pleasant. he always check on the guests to make sure we have a good breakfast experience in the hotel amenities - i love that this hotel uses an app for us to order additional amenities daily. its very easy and convenient - after u order from the app, the housekeeper will send the items to your room luggage storage and weighing scale - they provide luggage storage without additional service charge - and they have big weighing scale for u to weigh your luggage before going to the airport hotel lobby - the hotel lobby is open concept hence there is no aircond - so if your return flight is late at night like in my case, after checking out, we went to the nearest coffee shop to sit and relax with aircond overall experience - satisfied

Cleanliness of the room was good although some areas like the night shade needs vacuuming. Breakfast needs some updating, noodles were too salty, selection felt like a dorm. Shower temperature was slightly inconsistent. In-room body wash was diluted. More areas to hang clothes especially after diving would be nice. Soundproofing from main door was not the best. Other guests slamming the doors could be heard. Otherwise location, food, walking to beach was convenient.

The check-in sheets were very dirty, with large yellow and black stains. It felt like the waiter didn't replace the sheets used by previous guests. The hotel's hygiene and cleanliness are not in place. I really wanted to live upstairs with a balcony to dry clothes, but the clothes were never dried on the first floor. As a result, the front desk did not arrange to go upstairs for two days. The breakfast was not delicious. It seemed that there were many varieties, but the taste was very average compared to other hotels... On the last day when I was preparing to leave, the employees were painting the outside of the room. The room was full of paint smell, and the formaldehyde exceeded the standard and was unhealthy. The only good thing is the location. 入住床单很脏，大片黄色和黑色的污渍。感觉是服务员并没有更换之前客人用过的床单。酒店卫生清洁不到位。很想住楼上有阳台晒衣服的地方，衣服一直都在一楼没有晾干。结果前台两天都没安排到楼上。早餐不好吃，看起来品种比较多，但是味道和其他酒店比起来很一般…最后一天准备走的时候员工在刷房间外的油漆，房间里充满了油漆味，甲醛超标不健康的。唯一好的是地理位置还可以。
