Very friendly staff, the hotel has a lot to do, it's right next to a very good beach, very nice animation team who are very engaging and friendly, good selection of bars and restaurants, the room was very nice with a balcony viewing the pool area. There is also good entertainment every nighy

The hotel is very beautiful, the staff are friendly and attentive. The animation team are fantastic and always give great entertainment Throughout the day. There are shows every night and the guests can get involved and they animation team would always make the extra effort to talk to everyone. The bar and restaurant staff were always welcoming and happy to see you. The Spa is superb and the amount of treatments available is great. Food is tasty and there is plenty of it.

Awesome holiday! We will be back for sure. The hotel is very good, food and beverages are good but can be improved, the service was also good, rooms are very good and clean and the entertainment program is awesome! We had a lot of fun...the beach party great! Overall great hotel I highly recommend it.

It's a wonderful family hotel, all around it looks really great. The food is amazing, the choice is not huge but everyone will find something for himself. Animation team was awesome, the atmosphere in the hotel was really warm and friendly. Staff did an amazing job. This hotel is mostly for local (loved the people) so if you search for a calm place to go with family it is the place, there are no drunk shouting companies in the nights. Nevertheless the all positives there are few negatives: - a pool for kids could have more attractions like slides or so as there is not much more to do for kids (we didn't try kids club) - staff almost don't speak English - location of the hotel. There is nothing around, really, if you would like to buy some souvenirs you have only a few really small shops in the hotel, otherwise you will have to book an excursion. There is no chance to rent a car for 1-2 days during the season. The negatives are really nothing comparing to the positives of the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel, and will come back again.

It's a good hotel. It's a very beautiful place to go. It's a little bit exotic. The food was delicious, the beach was amazing, the people who work there were delightful. The life night was good, there was a show everynight that make include the costumer of the hotel. Last night we had a famous tunisian rapper for the show.

Africa Jad hotel was a very good experience. I had an extraordinary holiday . There is a different way to have fun that you don’t have time for resting especially with the animation group. The food is various and delicious. The hotel is calm with decoretion .

The hotel staff is one of the best. They are kind, nice, and work very fast … the best animation team ,They are very nice and fun people that makes you feel like you are really on vacation .. The most important feature that this hotel has its animation team. They were amazing! Each member of the team starting with the manager and chef, they are all amazing! They have activities all day long and night! They make you feel good and have fun, relax, enjoy with the activities.
