The best choice hotel in Salatiga, was searching a decent accommodation in Salatiga for our transit for hiking at mount Andong prior joining a group and found this resort hotel. It is like a villa surrounded by large garden trees..swimming pool and gym. It is located a very quiet place but yet near the city.

I go to this hotel for family holiday for 2 night, best hotel in town with javanese ethnic sorrounding, huge room, friendly staff, near city town cannot imagine before to found this hotel in the small town, will be back again if we visit salatiga again

Very near to Gua Ambarawa. 5 mins walking distance. Room with basic amenities. No minibar, slippers, and towels can be better. Room rates do not include breakfast. Charge separately. In the surrounding area, many food stalls are available . Can find Bakso ( Meal ball noodle soup) Satay, Soto, Pecal and many more.

I hope my review can avoid anyone to be in this bad place. When I arrived it was early for check-in, I decided to book the lava tour via the hotel (a waste of time and money). Towards the end of the tour, the jeep driver, a young boy, made very heavy comments. I returned to the hotel and made this point known to a man in the reception, who started laughing at me and told the colleagues who reacted with a fragrant laugh. The morning afterwards I made a witness to a woman at the reception that I had to take my clothes to wash because the water of the air conditioner was dropped on the clothes and washing them, and I made it clear that it seemed correct to be paid back. Magically, the girl no longer understands English. I told her too what happened the day before during the lava tour and what was the reaction of colleagues ... but also in this case the English.. forgotten. The place in general is a big barrack. The staff is incapable and without a minimum of professionalism. There are several coffee but all closed or without products. It should be a hotel for business people ...but always really a noisy, dirty and bad circus. The lack of respect for me was the worst and it was really a bad experience, and I would not recommend this place to women, but generally to all those who have a minimum of respect and consideration for the next.

The place is close to the Suraloka zoo tour...but bamboo room no 6...please repair the bathroom...the toilet...because it's smelly... And shake the toilet... so if you want to go to the bathroom, it doesn't smell good... the service from the receptionist is friendly... good... thanks d kaliurang

This Amanda Hills is not on the side of the highway, but in the alley, and it's quite far and it's quite high, which makes it a good sight of whether the car's getting strong, unfortunately it's quiet, so it's not stuck in the middle of the road. The hotel is a pretty large resort, there is a pool too, but we didn't try it. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Because the date was high season, we had to move to another room type for the second night. The first night we stayed at Casablanca bungalow no. 311. It was a 2 units that can be connected (with connecting doors), but we only rented 1 unit. Each unit is a 2 room, 1 family room with TV, sofa and table, back terrace, and 1 bathroom. The furniture also looks like it needs to be rejuvenated. Some doors of the cabinet can't close properly. It's a bit difficult to charge the phone here, because the power plug is located quite high, so it's hard to put the phone when charging. Forced to put the phone in the top cabinet when charged, or on the floor, near the TV in the family room. He said because the hotel is fully booked, so the battery-powered phone system is disturbed. But we can still contact the front office with WA, and they respond quickly (even when booking they respond to the WA quickly). The hotel provides free wifi, but the connection is not stable, and the signal is large/small, depending on the location of the bungalow/room from the wifi spot. The rooms are a bit narrow. One room with double bed and the other room with twin beds. The bed is also less comfortable. The furniture is old, even the sheets we were torn apart in 2 places. The room window is a nano window, so we were a bit worried when we slept there will be insects coming in. But fortunately it didn't happen. The room lights are set from the buttons located on the bottom, not on the wall, we were confused at first, modern bathroom, shower type, with a large sink and a sitting closet. Towels are provided for 4 people, soap/shampoo in the dispenser and toothbrush + toothpaste. Towels are provided in the bungalow. It's hard to turn on hot water. But the technician responded quickly when called, so the problem was solved. The back patio leads to the mountain view and the shade of shade. In the morning, don't miss seeing the sunrise from this back terrace.

Very comfortable stay. Affordable prices but looks like a 3 star or 4 star hotel. Strategic location also for travelers or tourists who want to explore Magelang, the facilities are quite complete, the AC is also cold and comfortable. Top of the line. Thank you Ahava Hotel-

the staff is meticulous,friendly,i added a room offline and found that i got an executive room,it is better and the count is cheaper, The traditional local food is delicious and flavorful, the waiters are fast, At night, I tried to raise and swallow a sword, miraculous and delicious, I am very satisfied with this hotel, although I initially doubt because I saw the photo of the swimming pool that the turtles were good, it turned out to be different from the photo, the swimming pool was better than the real, and in the lobby there is a playground, my son likes it very much

This is not a brand new resort, but it continuous to expand. They now offer vila with private pool as well as new executive room. I stayed at the executive room with private porch situated in front of the main restaurant. The area of the resort itself is a downhill slope facing the Kulon Progo river. You can enjoy some activities next to the river such as badminton, chess and also rafting along the river. With a large area of the resort, in my opinion, they need to increase the number of staff especially in regard to cleaning and house keeping so that the cleanliness will be maintained better and any room services will be quicker. The bed is comfortable and towel is fresh. They offer a basket of local fruits which is also a nice touch. It is worth to note that since this location is in a downhill slope, the pathway is a little bit steep, however a shuttle bus is always ready to pick you up, and transports you up and down within resort.
