We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, reflecting the hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable stay for its guests. Just a small feedback if this hotel administration can make their own car parking place in future days that would be a plus for us.

Was a part of the Bank group came for conference. Team ITC Sonar was excellent in taking good care of us at every point. It was a great experience to stay as it had a beautiful lily pond which gave a lovely feeling to mind. Thanks to Mr. Sujoy for taking care of us . Will plan to revisit with family again .

This was my second time to stay in Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata and I chose to stay here again because of the exceptional service in all fronts. The staff at the restaurant, led by Biswas, have always been amazing and I’d also say having stayed at the other Kolkata hotels that the food options here are much better. The front staff too are friendly and accommodating. I will choose to stay here again next time.

That's a great service from hotel staff especially at the breakfast restaurant staff. They always take care what you want and offer food choices to me and colleague. Surely, the food for breakfast is great, variety of choices. I love coffee and cake so much. When they know that we are the last day at hotel, they prepared simple cake but full of hospitality of restaurant team. Thanks so much and we will come back again.

Overall it is a good experience but I feel the time for preparing the food that they took can be improved and I feel considering their room it is a bit over expensive. Otherwise their food quality and staff behaviour is upto the mark
