Service generally slow response needs to be urged constantly. The door card can't be opened and urged for a long time to help solve it. Although the attitude is OK, the work efficiency is not high. In addition, the cleanliness of the sheets needs to be improved.

It is really a nice hotel. Good ambiance.
Some people will complain about back side construction view & noise.
But fortunately I got front side room, moreover who looks outside in city hotel?
But for sound hotel May change backside windows to soundproof options.
Clean & decorated room.
Breakfast is ok, rather I would say Good if not Very Good.
Reception people are very helpful, I got early check-in at 12:30PM.
Nearby Shopping District.
As it is busy area, so get ready for whole day huge traffic.

It was a good stay although the rooms are quite small and the air conditioning was not good. They donβt have any fans in the room. I stayed their for like three nights and they did not even bothered to clean the room unless asked. Rest it is near the metro station that is the best part.

GGuest UserRoom is adequately furnished with friendly staff. However, some points - 1. AC setting is confusing n takes time, showing different temps; 2. Some charging sockets are loose when one plugs in; 3. Toilet seat spray is very very weak; 4. Bill generated did not show full voucher amount prepaid. MMT fees was not shown. MMT is not going to give a separate bill so why not shown in hotel bill? 5. Buffet b.fast was good. 6. Tea/ coffee making facility should include disposable spoons. Glass rod stirrer is not good.

GGuest UserExtremely convenient location for all kinds of amenities - like food outlets, taxi pick up/drop off, shopping stores - stayed for quite a few days at a stretch - staff were friendly and willing to extent necessary assistance as and when required. Room was cozy and comfortable. Overtime, i got more settled in my room. Only suggestion is about the cleanliness of certain areas which can be supervised - it has lots of improvement scopes.

GGuest UserSituated at centre place. Every type of shop available nearby. Stayed almost three days. Very homely environment. Best supprot recieved from saif. Rooms are clean & hygenic. Breakfast was good. Room service was also good. Kitchen was there. If anyone want to cook something then can cook. The best part was the hospitality & upto next level support recieved by divya malik. Recomended it.

Rate is quite high on the basis of service. Breakfast is not good. Charging for drinking water. Restaurant was full of hukka lover in the evening. Smoke is everywhere in restaurant.
