It's nice located at the beach, not to loud where we stayed, but there must be done some renovation after Covid.

The bungalows are 5 minutes or less walking distance from Sairee Beach, location and service are unbeatable.
The only thing we didn't like is that the pool that appeared in the photos was not the resort's shared pool but a private one.

The view is good, but the service is not that much. There is no telephone in the room to call to report problems. Notified but not corrected Call the number on the page. All day no one answered the phone.

NOT TO REPEAT AND NOT RECOMMEND. The only good thing about it is the location, which is right on the Sairee beach.
Unpleasant employees, dire facilities, poor breakfast with flies, scarce and of poor quality. Very spacious, outdated room, full of mosquitoes, AND NO SERVICE TO MAKE YOUR ROOM ANY DAY, EVEN REQUESTING IT. THERE IS NO CHANGE OF TOWELS, NOR REPLACEMENT OF SOAP. Terrible, never happened to me.
We did the check-in and THE KEY (they only gave us 1) of the room gave problems, they solved it at the moment… or so they said. We went out to dinner, we arrived at 11:00 pm and the key would not have the room. We went to the lobby, there was NO ONE there, we called 2 different phones... they didn't answer... in such desperation we asked the man who has a tattoo shop in front of the hotel and he told us where the staff was... WE HAD TO GO LOOKING FOR THEM AT THE SITE OF THE BREAKFAST…. Another different building… there they were chatting….
IN THE END… TO NOT GO DO NOT RECOMMEND AND EVEN BETTER THAT IT DID NOT EXIST

จองห้องพักไปแล้ว แต่ทางเราทำการจองผิดวัน พยายามติดต่อโรงแรมหลายครั้ง และหลายวันคะ โทรไป 14 สายได้ รวมเวลา 3 วัน ไม่มีการตอบรับ และติดต่อกลับ เพราะทางเราอยากเปลี่ยนวันเข้าพัก และจะจ่ายส่วนต่างที่ต้องจ่ายเพิ่ม ทางโรงแรมไม่มีการให้คำตอบ และไม่เต็มใจให้บริการ โทรไปเป็นสิบๆสาย รับสายแค่ 1 ครั้ง เพราะเราต้องการจะจ่ายค่าส่วนต่าง และอยากทราบว่าเข้าพักได้ไหมถ้าจะเปลี่ยนวัน พนักงานไม่เต็มใจให้บริการที่สุด เท่าที่เคยใช่บริการ และทางโรงแรมไม่ตอบกลับอาจจะเพราะต้องการ hold เงินที่จ่ายไปแล้วให้ลงตัวกับการจองหรือเปล่าไม่แน่ใจ ซึ่งเราทำงานโรงแรมเช่นกัน แต่ไม่เคยให้บริการแขกแบบนี้คะ Already reserved a room But we made a reservation on the wrong day. I made 14 calls and only answered once because we wanted to pay the difference. And I want to know if I can stay if I change the date. The employees are not the most willing to provide service. As far as the service has ever been used
