The staff is very kind and helpful, the room was amazing and the view from the balcony is incredible. Very steep hills for elderly I would advise to be careful. Overall pleasant experience

Even though it’s located a bit out of the way they have free transport services throughout the day to get to town. Also free transfer from the ferry. Great view points from pretty much everywhere in the resort. There’s a snorkelling point right at the bottom of the resort and kayaks available for hire which I thought was a good touch.

Despite the fact that the hotel has been recently renovated it feels like it needs to be renovated again. The bedroom is ok, but the bathroom... The shower is not separated from the main bathroom and everything is always in the water. The light in the room is disgusting and dark. The air conditioning system is terribly noisy and old and the air is too damp and cold. The main building is next to the pool and during work hours there is a loud sound that can be heard in the room. The higher the room is located, the more beautiful the view is. The view alone makes it worth coming. Delicious and varied breakfast (omelet 5 stars).

Highly recommend! Amazing views and perfect location. I go to Nanyuan island from this resort. So convenience! Possible to rent kayak, snorkle equipment at the resort, free shuttle from and to the ferry and the absolute most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Breakfast is good.Don't miss out.

I really like it, even though I'm far away. But the view of the accommodation sees Koh Nang Yuan. Delicious breakfast Lovely staff, good service, smiling, impressed. You can rent a car at the hotel. There is a pick up and drop off service at the pier. Overall, very good. Suitable for relaxation

This hotel is in a mess, very annoying. Many staff members can't speak Thai. Check-in takes a long time, the efficiency is low, there are many mosquitoes, the water heater always doesn't work, the staff has to come back and forth to fix it before it can be used, there are power outages and water shortages for more than half an hour, I kept calling the front desk, and told the front desk to clean the room 3 times, but it didn't come. The room comes with breakfast, the staff didn't tell me the location of the restaurant, I couldn't find it and went to the front desk to ask, the front desk didn't say that the room can only be used with the key, I took the card out and came back but couldn't open the door, they said to wait a moment and hung up and didn't call back, I rented a motorcycle, and when the deposit of 3,000 was returned, the staff deducted one more day's money, but it was actually paid, they didn't hand it over well internally, which delayed our return trip to the ship! And I told the staff what time I was going to travel early in the morning, but there was no apology, the experience was very bad

Good location, beautiful view, can see Koh Nang Yuan, clean rooms, delicious food, but the staff rarely answer the phone, difficult to contact.

All staff are very friendly Breakfast in the morning is also great.. First of all, the view from any part of the hotel is perfect. It is very difficult to enter this island, but once you arrive here, you can rest very comfortably. If I have more time, I will definitely go here

Everything is cool, the sunset view is amazing, the breakfast is acceptable! There is not enough shuttle to take us up the hill, there are a lot of steep climbs. Otherwise I liked everything.

The environment is nice but the facilities are old. There are only four free taxis to the pier every day. We called a taxi and the front desk let the foreigner take it for free. We booked two room types for three days and were given the room at the edge. It's strange that all the rooms in Koh Samui and Koh Tao during this trip were corner rooms. I'm sure it's not the cheapest room I booked
