The temporarily changed hotel finally allowed me to live in the place I wanted to live in. It is only a few steps away, the seaside cottage!!! [Bitter] The green coverage of the resort is also too high. I saw a large pheasant and didn’t know it was a wild bird just after strolling around...🐔? 🐦? It's a pity I didn't have time to take pictures! The hotel staff are very friendly, they will take the initiative to smile and say hello when they see you, which makes people feel great. The room is very clean and spacious. Mosquito coils are needed at night. The natural environment of the resort is good and there are naturally many mosquitoes. But this hotel is not very popular, when we checked in, it felt like we were the only customers... Then I asked about the other two. 😅 The hotel is directly connected to Samrong Beach. The beach is small and the sand is not too fine, but fortunately, the sea is not too rough, suitable for swimming and kayaking. The sea is beautiful, with reefs in the distance and hills everywhere. Overall, I think this price is worth it!

The hotel is amazing, especially the service! Every detail demonstrates how much the staff cares about the guest experience. The hotel even provides an app that allows guests to communicate with staff for various services, such as spa and restaurant bookings, as well as information about hotel amenities. While being close to nature does mean there are some mosquitoes and insects, the hotel thoughtfully provides guests with items like mosquito repellent, coils, and cream for bites. Although the restaurant selection is limited, it’s more than sufficient. Dining on the rock offers an incredible view at the edge of the hill, overlooking the ocean and nearby islands. The other restaurant, Dining on the Hill, has a relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by grass and a pond. I will definitely recommend Six Senses Koh Samui!

I took my baby and parents on vacation, so I wanted to find a room for four people. The hotel is great, very quiet, and there are not many rooms. I originally wanted to book a beach villa, but it was already booked😂 The two-bedroom villa we stayed in was very comfortable. The swimming pool in the yard was very casual to play in, and the children were very happy. The room also has a kitchen, pots and pans, knives and forks, dishes, and microwave ovens. The coconut candy they gave was so delicious😋And you can watch the Chinese version of Netflix at will, and the baby watched several movies. The location is not in a busy area, but it is very quiet. It is very close to the pier for going out to the sea. There is also a 7-11 in a five-minute walk. The hotel is also close to the Thousand-Hand Guanyin Temple and the Big Buddha Temple. There are also some restaurants further ahead. You can also order meals at the hotel. It is not particularly expensive and the taste is also very good. We ate for 2 days. Breakfast was booked at the front desk the day before. A guy would deliver it to the room in the morning and help to arrange the dishes. There were Thai and Western dishes, and there were many choices. They also helped us pack when we went out to sea on the first day😄 The ladies at the front desk were all very nice. When I left, they helped me call a taxi, which was cheaper than grab✌🏻. I also lost my sunglasses case and glasses at the front desk. I contacted the front desk, and the lady helped me deliver them to my second hotel after get off work. She was really an angel🤭 I had a super pleasant three days.

During our recent visit to Koh Samui, our stay at the Melati Beach Resort and Spa was exceptional. The warm welcome from the staff, the luxurious facilities, and the breathtaking view of the beach helped to make our experience memorable. The spacious rooms, attentive service, and delicious food exceeded our expectations. This property is truly a haven of relaxation and comfort, we highly recommend it to all travelers looking for a quality getaway to Koh Samui.

I got the suite with the pool, it does not look like the photos. I had a pretty high traffic area where my pool faced, and there’s loud music at the restaurant next door, last thing I wanted when I was hoping for isolation after 8 weeks of rough work on the road. A door was missing in my bedroom and maintenance had to come reinstall it on my second day. Spa never had an availability during my stay, and buggies are required to go anywhere in the park (unless roaming in the heat is your thing). The service was slow at times (I’d often come back to my room and see room service plates stacked outside for a later cleanup) - but my room was meticulously cleaned each day and the buggy staff were incredibly friendly.

My wife and I chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and looking back, I’m so glad we did. The free and varied water activities, the friendly and patient staff (almost all of whom speak excellent English), and the simple yet delicious food left a lasting impression on me. From start to finish, there was hardly anything to be dissatisfied with. We stayed for two nights in different types of rooms. On the second night, we stayed in a pool villa. The initial room we were assigned didn't have the view we saw in the website photos, so my wife asked if we could switch rooms. To our surprise, the staff checked briefly and then upgraded us for free to a room with the best sea view we’ve ever seen. I can hardly describe how beautiful the view was with my limited vocabulary. My wife and I both agreed that we will definitely come back, maybe for a week or even a month next time. If you want to quietly enjoy the beach, sea view, and a private pool, choosing this place will not disappoint you. By the way, I really liked the welcome drink at the beginning and the scented sachet they gave us when we left. The coconut-flavored snacks in the lobby were also very delicious; I would grab one almost every time I passed by.

The reason I booked Kimpton was because of the interior design, very beautiful property. The room was nice and comfortable with spacious balcony. Staffs are very helpful and nice, just a bit out of control during breakfast time, kinda feel like understaff. It’s a great place for family so not so recommended for couples or people who prefer quiet and privacy. Foods at the fish house restaurant are amazing, fresh ingredients and good quality. Plus point is the sunrise is so beautiful from Kimpton.

Stayed for 8 nights at Sala Samui Choengmon Beach Resort. The villa had its own private pool. Very cozy and nice. The breakfast each morning was really nice. There’s a buffet and you also get one a la carte item for breakfast to go with your buffet. So really good. Staff were super friendly and nice. The hotel evening meals were not so good. Nearby restaurants were way better and much better priced. I wished the food was super good for lunch and dinner as it would have been perfect, but unfortunately, the Thai dishes were a bit sub par, over priced and even beers and cocktails were double or triple what you pay elsewhere. Pool staff were friendly and helpful, but I wish the food and drinks at restaurant and bar were reasonably priced so we could have enjoyed it more. Nearby restaurants offer better experience. Mr Eung restaurant nearby had the best food for that area. A short drive to the best restaurant on the island called Supatrra will show you what you wish the resort had. If the manager of the Sala resort went over there and learnt a thing or two about dining then the resort could be greatly improved. Anyway, resort was nice, just the lunch and dinner needs some attention. Good location, clean and tidy. Shower gel and soaps were not the best so had to buy some outside. Don’t forget your mosquito spray. Overall, a nice experience and very relaxing, just wish the food was better. Fun stuff to do nearby, football golf, Thai cooking class, go kart racing, reggae bar, paddle ball courts, tourist shopping at night market, kickboxing show. We hired a scooter, as it’s not really walking distance to anything but a short scooter ride will get you around the island.

My second stay here within a week (the proximity to the airport was key.) The hotel was very helpful in getting me to the airport for a much better rate than getting a Grab taxi. I stayed here again because I found the grounds so relaxing, from the pool, the view, the room, and the bar.

The pool is beautiful, it has its own beach, and the rooms are beautiful and clean. The service staff are all very nice, and the snacks and drinks in the room are free. The cleaning staff will replenish them every day after eating, which is really great. I highly recommend this hotel. If the quality does not change, I will still want to stay in this hotel when I go to Samui. There is also a 711 opposite which is very convenient.
