We are quite happy about our stay at 'Treebo Trends Kodai Kings Park' at Kodaikanal during our 3-night stay recently. We were three of us stayed in a single premium room with a double cot and a single cot. 1. The hotel was neat and clean 2. The room was quite spacious 3. The hospitality of the staff was good 4. We all liked the breakfast. Food was tasty 5. There was a water heater in the bathroom. So hot water is available always 6. They had a generator backup that would start automatically whenever there was a power failure. 7. Although we stayed from Tuesday to Friday and during off-peak period, for the tariff it was well worth the stay 8. There were very minor issues that needed attention. For the room that was allotted to us, the bathroom cloth hanger was not anchored at one side and hanging, the main door latch was off-alignment and could not be used, there was no deodorant in the bathroom, etc. But once we informed the staff, they quickly fixed all of them I think it would be good if the ***agement inspects the room after guests vacate and fixes the minor issues like those mentioned in point 8 so that when the next guest occupies, they need not feel bad about them and wait for the staff to get them fixed. After all, first impression is the best. It will certainly improve the service and give a very good impression about the hotel. We for sure will consider staying in the same hotel for our next trip to Kodaikanal. I surely will recommend to my friends.

Rich-win hotel is close to several tourist spots, and is close to the city centre where several cafes & restaurants can be found. The rooftop view is beautiful with the morning coffee, it would be better if they provided simple breakfast like bread omelette. But overall an amazing experience front desk is of great help running hot water in showers and sink. It is couple friendly as well.

Recently renovated hotel which is located closer to lake. Staff are professional and good. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms are clean and big. It's recently painted, so it looks fresh and neat. All rooms come with a balcony. The best point about this hotel is 24-hour hot water supply and genset backup, which almost all other hotels in this price bracket lacks.

The hotel is perfectly situated in Kodaikanal the heart of downtown, near the lake view It's within walking distance of near making it incredibly convenient for tourists and business travelers alike. Check-in and Service: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, offering a warm welcome. They provided helpful information about local attractions and dining options, which was a nice touch. Room: My room was very neat and it was clean and well-appointed. Special mention goes to Sneha, Anto, Solomon, and Selva, whose warm and attentive service added a personal touch to our experience. Their friendly conversations and genuine care made us feel truly welcome. One instance that stood out was Selva, the chef, who went the extra mile to fulfil a craving close to my Tamilian heart. Yearning for garlic rasam in the chilly weather, I casually mentioned it during a conversation. The next evening, Selva surprised us by including it in the dinner buffet, despite it not being on the menu. This thoughtful gesture exemplified top-tier hospitality. **Activities and Location** The property is conveniently located—close enough to explore Kodaikanal's popular spots, yet tucked away to ensure peace and privacy. During our stay, we walked to Dolphin’s Nose, a breathtaking viewpoint. For those who prefer not to walk, the property offers transportation. However, as avid walkers, we opted to hike both ways and soaked in the natural beauty. We also strolled into town and around the iconic Kodai Lake.
