It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Kochi Station. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage. The room is quite clean and has independent air conditioning instead of central air conditioning. Unfortunately, there are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby.

I stayed here for one night on a business trip to Kochi. I was driving, so I was very grateful that there was a free parking lot! However, the location of the parking lot was difficult to find (it was across from the hotel), so when I arrived in front of the hotel, I called the hotel and they showed me where it was.
Breakfast was not included, but when I went there and saw the guide, it looked delicious, so I added it! I'm glad I ordered it! I was also grateful for the all-you-can-drink coffee next to the front desk.
Check-out was at 10:00, but I could extend it until 12:00, so I paid an additional fee (2,000 yen for 2 hours) and relaxed in my room until 12:00.
However, since cleaning of other rooms started, there was quite a lot of cleaning noise, so I don't recommend extending it if you want to have a quiet online meeting.
The room was a double bed and I was able to sleep spaciously by myself!
However, the bathroom was quite small, and even for me who is 154 cm tall, it was difficult to soak in the bathtub... I just took a shower. It might be a bit difficult for those who are particular about baths? ?
Other than that, it was a very comfortable two-day stay for me!

I stayed here on a trip with my daughter.
It was nice that the parking lot was right in front of the hotel and was free. The front desk staff were very polite and we were happy to receive a welcome drink.
There was also a convenience store about a 5-minute walk away, which was convenient.
