Nice and comfortable. easy to reach near by areas. Vintage British-style hotel with BIG bathroom space and all good amenities.

We were so pleased to stay this hotel. We enjoyed the cookies and coffee provided. Amnesties provided in the bathroom were excellent. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Overall, well kept and looked after. We would definitely stay again when we visit Kobe.

Carpet did seem a little dirty, bed was making sounds whenever there’s movements but for the price acceptable

The double bed in the hotel is really super big, the bathroom is also super big, and it is separated into wet and dry areas, which is bigger than the room... The quilt is super comfortable, and the location is also very good... There is a 711 opposite, the embassy area is upstairs, and Daimaru is downstairs. There are food restaurants a few streets away from the door

Although the facilities and equipment seem a bit old, the bed and pillows are quite comfortable to sleep on, and it's not too noisy even though it's facing the street. Not bad.
