Proses check in n check out sgt mudah. Bilik bersih dan anak pun sgt happy. Breakfast is good. All the facilities r good. Pstu mmg dlm mall so senang nk cari makan. Xperlu keluar pun. Cuma lift tu agak slow la klw ramai org kan.

KSL ESPLANADE HOTEL is a kids friendly hotel. There is a big family room with a bunk bed and a king bedded room for adults. But i hope they can emphasize the cleanliness as there are many small tiny ants near the door in the kids' bath room.
Other than that, everything is alright.

I booked for parents and they love the hotel. Very good place, near to mall and Canary Garden. It has musical fountain on Saturday night, at 9pm. Can cycle around the park.

Staycation for our daughter bday. The location is a bit far but we are happy with the hotel mostly because we booked family room with bunk beds and the kids are soo happy with the room. One more is we love is of course the San Onsen Spa. We went 2x and can also bring my 3 yr old daughter with me. Connected to the mall and behind the mall there is a nice playground area that we went 2x as well as the kids lovee the playground. Very kids friendly and we had a great time here!

The hotel is just beside the mall, food, parking and groceries are great. The hotel view is great too. The pool view is great.

Quite enjoyable. New hotel. The breakfast quite good too. I enjoy the onsen spa so much. This is truly kids friendly hotel.
