Another AWESOME Vacation in ”OurHappyPlace”!!!!! Margaritaville Resorts Orlando is so special to us that we consider everyone who lives and works there to be Our MRO Family!! The entire community is warm, welcoming, bright and beautiful, from the hotel to the cottages. As soon as we arrive we know we are in Paradise. We spend most of our day enjoying the beautiful pools and being greeted by our friends Jonathan, ”Lord Reginald”, Sara, Osma, Daniel ”Regina”, Ray, Bella, Daniel Plaza, Chris, Juan, William, Jeff and Santiago at the Towel Huts. They will all fill your day with fun and lots of activities. There is always something fun for Everyone!! The food at The Salty Rim Bar & Grill and the new Tiki Hut is truly amazing from the loaded nachos, the smokin' gun chicken sandwich or their salads. We enjoy the view and especially the company of our beloved bartenders Sean, Kristie, Danny, Angel, Jordan and Teresa as they ”POUR” their love into our drinks/buckets!!! Your day is also brightened by the friendly faces of Mauricio, Katherine, Tricia, Ana, Jay, Jacob, Frank, Marcus, Jessica, Clarissa, Gustavo, Ro, Rob and the rest of the amazing Margaritaville staff as they serve up food, drinks and of course SMILES as they run around the pool, cabanas, and beach area making sure everyone is Happy and enjoying their vacation. We truly feel special when the Managers like Scott at the hotel, Keith and our new buddy Joel at the Salty Rim, Jonathan and Regi with the Pool/ Activities and Debbie Mafra from the Fins Up Beach Club always take the time to say hello!!!! We greatly appreciate your hospitality and friendship!!! No matter where you go on the property you always encounter MRO staff that go out of their way to brighten your day like Jessica McGuire who always makes time to see us!!! We consider ourselves very lucky to be part of the MRO Family!!! Thank you ALL AGAIN for making our vacation another Special Memory!!! We can't wait to return!!! The was good,the pool and the tikki bar,yhe time out video fame is nice

The lady who helped us at the service desk was rude and very unhelpful. We had drove all the way from Dallas to Orlando with a uhaul we booked 2 nights but couldn't make the first one as we were still on route. She didn't want to give us our room and said that the reservation was canceled because we no showed for our booking. Long story short we had to get the manager who was nice enough to help us and gave us our room.

Stayed 2 nights in the margaritaville hotel as part of a visit to Disney MK. Check in was smooth, the room had two queen beds with a gorgeous bathroom and balcony with views of Disney fireworks at night! The pool area was fabulous, clean, warm water, shallow for children to play and a tiki bar! Decoration in the foyer and rooms gorgeous and tropical! Easy and quick shuttle coach arranged on the day to get to and from AK or MK....free! Would highly recommend!

Location is great, near McDonald’s and others. The carpet at walk way area in front of the rooms is very old and smell bad, but inside room is okay. There is a shuttle bus to Magic Kingdom but there is only one time and if you want to enter the park early, then you have to take taxi there anyway but it’s not too far from Disney’s so taxi cost is approximately ＞$20. Breakfast is good!

We picked a large enough accommodation for 5 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. Super clean with full refrigerator, dishwasher and cooktop. 2 separate bedrooms; 2 baths and large living area. We were all more than comfortable and the staff was awesome even with a hurricane warning!!!

The resort was ok. However I will never book with trip.com again. I booked for the weekend of 3/18, checkout 3/20. I became very ill and requested my trip be moved to the next weekend, the 25th. They charged me $85, sent me a confirmation email and a check in voucher. I arrived at the resort and was informed I had no reservation. I sat with my family in the car until 10pm when they finally let me pay the 2 days resort fee and the $100 deposit. We got our room and went to bed. The next morning I was told it was fixed , no problem. That afternoon the resort told me I had to pay for my reservation as the payment from trip.com had not been received. I did not have the funds to pay again as I'm on Social Security Disabilty and this was a present for my grandson's 11th birthday. After many calls to trip.com and the front desk they decided to refund my money and I paid the resort when I got home. A totally ruined weekend for my family and I.

I enjoy the this hotel because I believe the rooms are very clean and that’s important to me when I stay in hotels.

This resort is due for some renovations immediately. The first time was spectacular but this time , the sofa bed was thin causing lower back pain, the covers were also THIN provided no real warmth throughout the night. The stove was horrible, they know it needed to flat out be replaced yet they kept sending someone upstairs to replug in it while half of it hung out of the socket. I have another trip and I’m honestly skeptical about using it here and also telling friends, family , and my platform about this place that I once thought was awesome. Very disappointing

My daughter and I needed a bit of decompressing after helping a friend move. We decided Kissimmee was just what we needed. This hotel is a Good Neighbor hotel of Walt Disney World. We have stayed in a lot of Comfort Suites and this now is our favorite. It has a deluxe hot breakfast, including Mickey waffles. The pool is open 24 hours and the proximity to Old Town is a plus. I would 100% stay here again.
