Kihim Hotels with Airport pickup service

Summary: This can be best of stays in Kihim area. Once here your time will slow down and will feel relaxed. Hosts are gracious and very accommodating. Home made fresh made to cook food is served be it for small kids or adults they will prepare as you want. How did we shortlisted this? Ans: We were looking out for Kashid earlier but its been far away from Mandwa jetty we dropped it and started searching in Kihim. Alibaug was never the option reason being is very much crowded and it does not give any beach feeling considering it has only wet blackish sand. How to reach here? We reached here by taking jetty from Gateway of India to Mandwa and from Mandwa jetty port to resort direct auto costing us 350 Rs. Booking exp.: We made booking via their website and opted for breakfast only option. I would suggest go with all meal plan option as you wont find any restaurants in Kihim area one needs to visit Alibaug for it. Almost all the resort or homestays in Kihim serve you home made food so opt for it. Property and stay: Property is neither too big or small. We were provided A/C room with double bed having amenities like fridge, hot water maker, toiletries, tissues, tea, coffee supplies and 1 complementary water bottle per day. They have also kept water coolers at few place from where you can refill the bottle if you want. Rooms are clean.Once we reached we were greeted by host and then directly taken to out room. Formalities like filling form and id card copy start once you are settled which is quick to complete. Property has ample greenery and quite atmosphere. You will feel relaxed. They have 4 swings and 2 slides so small kids can play around. Few adult swings. Why should kids have all the fun? They also have small pool which is well maintained. Property is maintained well and kept clean all the times. Food: Top notch! We had veg and non veg thalis. They server freshly made home cook food. We need to tell them our prefrences 2-3 hrs in advance. I would suggest to opt for fish thali rather than chicken thali. With food they also give side dishes like achar and papad. Their mango achar was too yum so we asked them to pack 500gms while leaving the place. Price is reasonable. If you 2-3 families coming in they can also arrange for barbeque. One wont find any homestay serving alcohol. But you can bring from outside and have it. Generally Kihim is the area which is frequented by families all the time so voluntarily they dont sell and you also wont find any shops here. Once has to visit chodni market area to get one. All rooms have their dinning table located outside. There is table available inside the room as well. So food is served at your doorstep rather than common place which is very good. Near by activities to do: 5 mins walk from resort is Kihim beach. Where ample of seats are available to sit and relax. Kihim beach has both dry and we sands. If you walk 10 min down south you will find small eateries selling tea, coffee, maggie, vada pav and egg

We had an amazing time. The property is overall kept very well and superb activities for the kids to be engaged. The buffet menu in the restaurant was quite ordinary, especially on busy days like independence day (15th August), seemed like the chef was too busy to make anything innovative and the food was not upto the usual quality standard of Radisson. It looked like the chef was only busy trying to make all dishes in the tricolor and forgot about taste. Kindly improve on this as food is a big big component in any holiday. Rooms were great and was happy with everything but there needs A VERY VERY HEAVY PEST CONTROL TO BE DONE OVERALL IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL as there were silver fish (wood eaters) literally ALL OVER THE PLACE ESPECIALLY IN THE BATHROOMS. WE FOUND LOTS OF LIVE EVEN IN THE FRESH TOWELS. If not contained, there will be severe damage to the hotel property and it is a huge put off for any guest. Please take this with utmost priority.

Amazing and delicious food. Wonderful Ambience. Great service and very polite staff. Nachos supreme and rose milkshake are must try. kids play area has a lot of options which gives good entertainment for kids ***** with great food. Overall it was a really great experience.

We planned two families to travel and booked deluxe family room for a day and one day deluxe room, by seeing closely you will understand the property is not new its renovated but works for you in terms of staying together that's a big plus plus. By seeing over Map it looks like its right on the beach but its few things in between so u will not be able to see sea from your room but its 3-4 minute walk only. Few things wasn't top of the chart whether its pillow cover, missing toilatieres or missing cap in bathroom but the staff is cooperative and trying to facilitiate. Now service i was very impressed when i initially booked because that person accomodate all the need for the trip while booking but front staff has no clue whether payment done or not and even the partial payment i have cleared in night, in morning while checkout got a question again to pay that amount, That is frustating when your website managing from backend and invoice already cleared you are still believing to verify manually with some one. That can be improved and if you lizard fan then u might meet few here, I am not.. Anyway we enjoyed the whole stay and there is no perfect property where u will not see issue but i am sure they will correct soon.

Best resort near nagaon beach. Polite staff with quick service. Welcome snacks in the room was cherry on the cake. Kids enjoyed it. Thanks for that. Owner vedanta was very prompt and polite in response. We had booked the hotel for some other dates but we couldn't make it then. Vedanta adjusted the dates as per our convenience. Had a great time with family. Would love to visit again.

Excellent service as always, from booking, check-in, to the stay. It's become almost tradition to visit Dewdrop at least one a year, purely for the peace and quiet, excellently maintained property, superb service, and some of the tastiest fish dishes you'll find in Alibaug (no exaggeration!). The property is in a very safe area of Varsoli and surrounded by locals and other small home-stays only. Thanks to Ms. Pragati once again for a seamless check-in/check-out experience. It was a nice cottage for a only boys trip, we had taken 3 rooms for 12 people but there were beds for only 8-9 people and the remaining 3 people slept on floor with a mattress but overall it was a good experience
