We stayed at the lodore for 3 nights in a lake view balcony room and had an absolutely amazing stay. The room was spacious with a huge comfy bed and amazing views of the lake on a huge balcony. The service is impeccable, staff are so attentive and caring. Food in the brasserie is really good, especially the chateaubriand.

Hotel is located in stunning Lake District scenery. Warm welcome from staff on arrival. Comfortable room overlooking the lake. Probably the best spa I have been to. Excellent range of steam rooms, saunas and pool. Champagne bar fantastic Both restaurants deliver excellent quality food. Can't fault it. Will be back!

Me and my wife celebrated our first wedding anniversary at this wonderful hotel and spa. We booked the premium suite and we must say it was worth every penny. The suit was large and comfortable, we were given 2 hours free in the spa and took advantage of it, we really enjoyed it there. The restaurant was good and we ate there twice and for breakfast and all was very nice on both occasions. The Asian restaurant was outstanding from service to the quality of food, we were very impressed. The grounds and cleanliness of the place was immaculate and overall I couldn’t fault this hotel. This was a special time for us both and it didn’t fail to impress us..We loved it !! Thank you all at Ladore.

Fantastic room 305 with an awesome view. All staff were great. The bar was well organised and beer selection was great. Breakfast was excellent however our dinner in the brasserie was average. Parking was free and just across the road. The hotel is in a great location and buses to Keswick stop outside regularly

Where do I start ?, service excellent, room so beautiful overlooking the spa in the snow, this was a beautiful view to wake up to. Food perfect breakfast ordered and served which is very nice over looking the mountains very pretty. We also ate at the restaurant in the evening which was expensive but worth it. Thank you for the most perfect end to my Christmas break. I will definitely return can’t wait.
