The hotel staff, all of the staff from management, front desk, and house keeping were great in all aspects. The hotel is going through renovations, so it's expected that everything is not perfect, such as carpeting in the room. That shared, we would absolutely choose this particular hotel again if we were to visit Cincinnati.  Recommend! 

My wife and I visited this hotel recently.  A very nice sweet  . Seperate living room and bedroom. Very comfortable bed. Clean room. Large bathroom. Good breakfast.  Quickly check-in and checkout. Plenty of parking.  Nice outdoor pool. We will stay again.

I always stay at this hotel, it gets better and better every time, something is upgraded every time I’ve come. The new bathrooms are gorgeous, and the staff always goes above and beyond. Can’t wait to be back!
