Akasia Resort Hotel

The hotel is old and in a terrible state. Air conditioning does not work well in the rooms, damp rooms due to the fact that there are no hoods. The hotel is cleaned by invitation. breakfast lunch dinner - terrible - there is absolutely nothing. The hotel does not pull on 3 stars is 2 no more. My Child almost did not eat there - there is absolutely no choice for children. Mer knows where the beach, you go 15 minutes on foot in the heat. Sunbeds for a fee

First of all, the hotel is a really mediocre establishment. Everything is very old, incredibly dirty and disgusting. It is completely unprofessional and has the insincerity of a family business. We made a reservation through an app weeks ago and checked into the hotel last night. What should have happened was that the room we booked was cleaned and waiting for us before we arrived, but the man at the reception said "We have 4 rooms left" and showed us a single room with 2 beds instead of a double room. When I said we wanted a double room, he said okay, then I will clean it and give it to the double room, you wait here for a while. While I was waiting in the room, I noticed how dirty the room was and recorded it on video. I'm glad I did, there was ash and dirt on the floor, there were a lot of stains on the sheets, even though they were washed, which we did not believe, there were actually insects crawling on the pillow sheets. Just imagine how long it has been since the toilets were properly flushed. Anyway, we went to that room thinking maybe the next room he would give us was decent, and that room was at the same level of awfulness. I went to the person in charge at the reception - if I said at the reception, the man was probably taking care of everything in the hotel, it is such an unprofessional establishment - and I explained the situation, and his response to me was a casual answer like "You expect too much from a 3-star hotel, what's more?" When I asked for a refund, he said that he could not give me a refund, but he could show me the last 2 rooms he had if he wanted. I said show them by making sure they were dirty too. The toilet in the first room actually looked like it hadn't been flushed since it was built. When I mentioned this, I received a funny and nonsensical response like "What are you going to do with the toilet?" While showing the last room very confidently, I lifted the bed sheet and underneath it came out the pebbles from the beach and a lot of sand. When I said I would show it and take a photo of it, I got an answer like "Is it possible that you will damage the reputation of the hotel?" as if the hotel had a lot of reputation. As a result of all these unpleasant experiences, I contacted the place where I made the reservation and we left the hotel 1 hour later. On the morning of that day, the customer service manager contacted me and apologized, saying that the money would be refunded. Apart from all these events, I don't know if there were any Turks in the hotel, because the staff who took care of everything could not speak Turkish, and I even had difficulty communicating. All the signs everywhere were full of Russian writings. I don't think a clean Turkish person would go to such an old and dirty place anyway, and they are probably aware of this because they don't really care about cleanliness. It was an incredibly bad experience. I do not recommend that you be fooled by the price and pictures. Have a nice day.
