The front desk staff was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here March 20 2024 for State speech, we got room 302. A soon we got inside of the room we noticed the beds were not well made. We unmade the beds to go to sleep and it was big disgusting surprise. They weren't clean and and there was alot of hair everywhere. We went back to the reception to make a complaint. It was all ready passed 10pm at this point. This young lady said I can give you clean sheets and you can make your own beds. We aksed why we would have to make the beds and she replied well I don't have anybody to help me here right now. She made the report thag night. Next morning when we checked out a different woman was there. She had an attitude with us. We asked about our complaint we made about the beds. She said we will take $22.00 off with taxes included. To be clear, we don't want free rooms We were getting attitudes the entire time and no one ever apologized. Please check your beds before spending the night.

Small tv, remote didn’t work. Loud mini fridge. Smelly heater filter. Ants on the floor. Not terrible but could use some upkeep.

Ring around the pool; toilet had mold; bathroom very dirty; weird guy was hanging out in front 24 hrs; staff seemed bothered when our room key did not work; 2nd night our room key was deactivated for no reason; Great waffles and breakfast; very clean bedding but tattered and aged, mattress like rocks; ice on 1st flr only; if you're a hotel by the world's largest bird migration, perhaps be more knowledgeable about it for older guests paying good money

The hotel itself is very dated. The bathroom shower curtain was dirty, and Im not sure when the last time the door frame or walls were cleaned. Other than that, it was quiet, the lady at the front desk was kind, the pool was clean. We slept very well.

Staff was friendly. Beds were clean. The floor in the room could have been vacuumed a little better especially around the edges of the room. Average breakfast. Bathroom stool so low, a person with replaced knees has an issue getting up!

Hotel did not live up to 8 stars. Room was dated. Large scuffs on furniture. Tub was not clean. Toilet had large stains.

Check in went well and room as expected. Would stay again. Staff super friendly and helpful.

I honestly just needed a room on my move to Kansas from Oregon and it worked. Was glad I could use the hdmi in the tv for my game system.

We stayed here last minute due to a snow storm. It was a nice place to stay. There are dinning options near by. The staff are friendly. Would stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay. Bed was a bit uncomfortable but that could have just been me after driving 12 hrs lol.

Mold in the bathroom and I’m deathly allergic so now I’m having trouble breathing

The bed was so bumpy and hard. There was a slide to the other side of the bed. If you got stuck in the rut of the mattress it was a battle getting out asleep. The juice machine was broken. I heard people complain about the breakfast. The breakfast was ok. Could use biscuits and gravy as a choice as well. It was a nice place to stay before and after I had surgery.

The room was not very clean. The drain in the sink was not working. The so called breakfast was a joke. I would not stay again even if were free.
