Living in a business hotel for more than half a year, Furukawa here is the lowest. I stayed at this hotel with several people but the reputation is very bad. Some people had insects. I thought my room was old but there was no insect. But the staff's response was too bad and I came to my head. In addition, I see the bad attitude of foreign staff. Especially the Chinese female staff is malicious. Japanese is perfect, but unlike the elevator, I will give a manual beautiful greeting, but I will laugh at the level that I can hear at the end of the elevator and say bad words. It lasts almost every time. I booked at the Apa Hotel for half a year from November that I will never use the route in again.

Location is good because it is near the station. It is convenient because there are FamilyMart in the neighborhood and 7-Eleven in front of the station.

It's about 8 minutes from the station. It's a distance that I think is a little far because I'm tired. There are only two cars, and it takes time to get to the ninth floor. Impression that two are going up at the same time and the efficiency is not good. As a business hotel, I was able to spend comfortably in a spacious room. The room on the station side on the 2 floor overlooked the platform of the station from the window, and the curtain was open, and the passenger seemed to meet. I think if the weather is good on the upper floor, Mt. Fuji can be seen. It was a non-smoking room, but it smelled from the ventilation port from the outside or 々 cigarettes. It was a bit unfortunate there, but the hotel was polite and comfortable.

Booked this place for a night, and was pleasantly surprise with the facilities and the hospitality given to us from the moment we checked in till when we left. I love how even just a stay at this place, really made me feel relaxed and somewhat detox from its onsen bath to the breakfast they provided us. We were also given a choice to select 'pillows' each night we were to stay here; and extra amenities for onsen soak as well. On the night of our stay, we were also offered the 'welcome bar'; where we could mix & choose the selections of the alcohol they had set out (but only for a cup). However, the only downside was that there wasn't much to offer when we went there as i think the previous guests had poured most of the alcohol; so when we reached there were only empty bottles and 2 choices left to pick from. It'll be nice if the staff were able to top them up and allow all guests to have an equal choice of selection next time. Nevertheless, I really look forward to staying here again the next time i visit japan.

２ First time use. The purpose is to refresh with sky spa and breakfast buffet. Last time, I was worried about the manners of many guests in the spa ‥. It is also a pity that there is no air cleaner in this class. The building is under construction next to the view of Mt. Fuji on the west side, so it will be no longer possible. The room I stayed in was a prominent place where hair fell or there was a scale that could be taken if it was rubbed normally on the water. I was not going to say anything, but I thought it was a little terrible. I noticed that the hotel side did not have any deterrence by attention and patrol. It is wild. laughter. I drove from Omiya to Kusatsu and Karuizawa, and stayed one night on the return trip. I suddenly found that this is a very convenient city. It is very convenient to go to Ueno and transfer to Narita. The nearby business district is lively, and the hotel is conveniently located. If you are going to Kusatsu or Karuizawa, , which is a good conversion point.

We had a 4 story accommodation on the site of the playhouse that was previously here. There are dormitory types and private room types, toilets and showers are shared styles. It is still new so it is very clean and comfortable. The first floor is the front desk and the food court, the second floor is the room, the fourth floor is a shared kitchen and rest space, and you can see the old streets from the veranda. This time, I stayed in a private room type at ２ meal plan 7500 yen because I can stay cheaply for the prefecture. Dinner was worth 2000 yen from four shops in the food court on the first floor, and breakfast was worth 980 yen for Japanese food in the same place, and both were delicious. The shared kitchen facilities on the 4th floor are substantial, so it seems to be good to buy food at nearby department stores and supermarkets and cook and eat on the 4th floor.

It was a single, but it was good to have a large table in the room. I didn't do anything using the table because I was almost in the room this time, but it seemed convenient for studying, working and eating. It was the first time to use a smart hotel, but it was easy because the room key was PIN type without managing the card key. The pillows in the room were hard and high, but it was good because it was perfect for me. Pillows are prepared in front of the front desk and can be borrowed freely, but when it is late, everything will be lent, so those who are particular about pillows should borrow pillows early. There was a large communal bath in the building, and I was able to soak in the bath slowly. It was also convenient to see how crowded the bathhouse was on the TV in the room. However, I think it would have been nice if there were guidance such as ”available in room clothes and indoor slippers” somewhere. I thought it was okay, but I wore slippers indoors, and I could use them in room clothes, etc., and there was no guide anywhere, so I changed into clothes just in case. It was a little troublesome there.
