It was ok for the biz travel in down town Kansas City based on budget cost. Complimentary breakfast was good. But staff was not kind.

It was cleaner and better than I thought. The location is a bit ambiguous, but since most people travel by car, it doesn't matter, and the room is bigger and better than I thought. However, there is no bathtub in the bathroom.
