Hotel Indigo Kansas City – the Crossroads

I was blown away the front desk team. Also, loved the available drinks and travel needs, medication and sanitary supplies in an emergency situation they helped.

This place was amazing. The room was really cool, and the valet was really nice, as well as the front desk. It was conveniently located form the places we wanted to see. Also easy to find!!

Staff was great. It was a nice area perfect distance from power and light in the plaza worked out to be a perfect little weekend.

The hotel itself is a nice property. The problem is their staff. Despite pointing out our room had not been cleaned, it was still only cleaned once in our 4 nights there. We certainly do not want our towels replaced in a short stay, however, when you are spending so much, we do expect bins to be emptied, bed made, coffee replenished, etc. There was a payment issue with our stay and the staff were dismissive and unwilling to deal with the issue. They just kept fobbing us off and saying to speak to someone else another time. It did not get resolved and we have been overcharged approx. $500 to date, with no resolution. ******* are blaming the hotel, the hotel are blaming *******. Neither seem willing to check their own records to resolve the issue, I have to do all of the work to resolve the matter. Also, we checked out early on our day of departure. The member of staff was unable and/or incapable of properly dealing with this.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Friendly and top notch! The parking was not ideal. We used Valet and were parked in an alleyway behind the building. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Area is walkable. If unable to walk longer distances the rail car provides an alternative option. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would stay again. 4/5 stars

The property was well-maintained and the staff was very nice. They were very accommodating as the property was having issues with their parking garage and their phones. Would recommend this facility to others.

The staff were so nice and helpful. I had a few requests while I was there on a work trip and they were very accommodating.

I liked this property. The decor was nice. The rooms were comfortable. The window over the street was interesting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't care for was the parking. The choice between valet and street was disconcerting to me. And it seemed like after we paid for valet the car should have been moved more quickly to the garage.
