Came here for a weeks family holiday and was amazed by this place. The complex is spotless and not once did we have to get up early for a sunbed. The complex is a short 5 minute walk to the ***** where everything you want you will get there. Food was good , couldn't complain and the staff are amazing.A big thank you to Helena and Andreus who served me beer everyday and to the night security guy who gets a bad write up I found him to be a lovey man. Definitely recommend this place.

Nice, clean apartment although beds were very uncomfortable as were so hard! I suffer with back pain & I was incredibly uncomfortable & in a lot of pain in the morning Pool area very clean, restaurant was nice, selection of food although a lot of stuff they were not selling as out of season. We got dropped at the bottom of a hill by a coach & told at 11.30pm the hotel was up the hill.. about 200 yards.. as 2 women alone we didn’t find this particularly safe when the coach could clearly take us there as we saw other coaches dropping off throughout our trip. Not the hotels fault but still not acceptable.. overall nice stay.. weather was around 24 degrees & staff friendly. The views from the hotel overlook the sea & mainland Greece.. stunning views. Beach close by but not very nice.

Went at the end of August. First impressions are that the hotel looks really nice. The rooms look quite modern. Two single beds upstairs and a double bed downstairs. Our room was at the back of the complex and it's quite hilly so it was abit of a trek. Room was cleaned everyday and had no issues. Staff were professional and polite. The food was very limited and struggled to make a meal. Ended up eating mostly salad all week. There is a little shop on the complex that is reasonably priced that sells beers, snacks, soft drinks, and souvenirs. There is no entertainment at all, so went out every night. Overall nice hotel, just the food issue personally and would have been nice to have some sorts of acts in an evening.

The hotel was very clean, we got a large room. The swimming pool was also very clean. The stuff is very kind and helpful. They have organized Greek night, where we learnt to dance Zorba. :) The food was rather average, but it was okay for us. All in all we where pleased with the hotel.

I stayed here with my mum for 6 nights at the beginning of September. We had read all the recent reviews and were keeping them in mind but we can absolutely say with full confidence we had a great experience here. The staff were so lovely, always helpful and open to chat. The breakfast and dinner buffet was so lovely and had good range of food like pasta, meats, vegetables, and many salads/cheese and ham for dinner along with cereal, scrambled eggs, beans, sausages etc... for breakfast. The food was always appropriate temperature and consistently restocked when ran out. Many range of juices and a coffee machine at breakfast. On the Sunday night it was Greek themed so there were a bunch of greek dishes to try and also entertainment! The Moussaka was very similar to lasagna and was so tasty! No rush for a sun bed by the pool which was nice! And a bunch of umbrellas as it got very hot during the day. The location was perfect as it was secluded from the Kavos ***** but only a 5-10 minute walk away as well as from the beach! We had read of some people having to pay a deposit at the start of their stay but we did not have to do this. After asking staff, it turns out it is only aimed at 18-21 year olds in groups due to the clientele they're aiming for; not groups of young people. I would recommend this hotel to families with older children, middle aged couples and mother/daughter situations.

First I have to say this hotel is not suitable if you are disabled or have breathing difficulties. This hotel is on a hill, and rooms are on the hill, too. The hotel is lovely and set away from the town, so there is no noise. There are plenty of sun loungers, so there is no need to rush in the morning to put your towel down. They do not offer beach towels. The rooms are very basic with a whole load of instructions if there are any breakages. The tea and coffee are not topped up. The hair dryer overheats and burns your hand. The maids leave the windows open during the day, so you get bitten alive with mosquitos when you arrive back to shower later. The food was very bland, and it had the same breakfast every morning. Dinner was disgusting and only eaten there once. I don't recommend half board. I definitely don't recommend the boat trips that are advertised. We tried both, and it was the worst experience I ever had. Totally cramped in with lots of people just about sitting on top of you. I can't complain about the staff they were all lovely and welcoming. Although the hotel was clean and tidy because of the location, I wouldn't go back.

The hotel was spotless and the staff couldn’t do enough for us, the entertainment at the big pool and pool bar was outstanding ! There was waterpolo, water aerobics, parrot shows and a different show every evening at the bar. Special shout out to Ally who couldn’t do enough for us!

Very rude man on reception called Costas. After travelling all night, I was exhausted as were my 3 children. He knew our flight had been delayed a day but he still had a brusque and belittling manner. Charged us 50 Euros immediately for tax. Money was all he was after. Couldn't even be bothered to show us to our rooms. We managed to make our way there despite having no clue of where we were only to find the rooms sweltering hot as the air conditioning had not been switched on. I made my way to 'Reception' to tell him that I did not know how to use the air conditioning as was from London where we never used it. His attitude was appalling, grudgingly he followed me to show me how to use it. Huffing and puffing with anger. The food was awful, so bland with no variety. Bread was stale as were the cakes. No children's menu at all. Same food more or less every night and breakfast was dire. Staff other than Costas were very pleasant. Generally, the cleanliness was great as was the location and quietness. However, I found it very mean on half board not to offer water at the evening meal. In places we have stayed before they have offered wine and water.

When we first serviced after being travelling all day, we were met by a list of rules and told that we had to pay a €50 deposit, of which no families or older people had to pay. As a group of young adults we payed without question. After 4 nights we were met with a letter that if we make noise (one of our friends banged on the door at 3am) again our deposit will be lost. We were then greeted my a member of staff and told to meet the manager the next morning at 9am sharp to which we got up early to be told the manager wasn’t coming. Upon checking out then we were told our deposit is gone from having a “balcony party” at 4 or 5am to which never happened. The lady at the check out was lovely but told us the manger couldn’t be reached until 12:00 after we told her our bus was at 10:20. We couldn’t get the deposit back and the manger didn’t even answer the phone. It was taking advantage of young people because they were able to. Overall the pool and rooms were lovely but the breakfast was below average to the point we had to eat out every morning, the dinner was repetitive and was for an acquired taste and finally the cleaning lady’s were rude to the point most days they just barged in to do a quick mop, without changing sheets on the beds or giving us new towels. Do not go here if your not a family
