It’s a few kilometers away from the ancient city. The lady at the front desk has good service.

Clean, hygienic and comfortable

體驗感太棒了，新開業的酒店。所有的設施都是新的，房間是智能房，對於我這種懶得起來開關燈和窗簾的人來説太方便了，每天還有水果送，前台服務小姐姐都甜美可愛，服務熱情，酒店位置也不錯，去機場二十來分鐘，去古城走路十多分鐘就到了，下次散團還訂這裏，

衞生整體還可以，但窗户很臟，沒法看（如圖）。另外，服務挺失望的，新疆第二大城市，酒店服務遠不及其他地級市、縣級市。前台小姑娘説話有點噎人了，導遊跟着我們問有沒有司陪房，姑娘説沒有，導遊開玩笑説那我們客人也不住了哦，姑娘來個“可以啊”，真是温柔的噎人啊，是十一客人多您不在意有幾個不滿意或要退房的嗎？？導遊也就是開玩笑説一句，您是服務人員，這場景下您這麼回覆合適嗎？？另外，早餐時，旁邊一位大哥趕時間來不及吃了，想要打包帶在路上吃，服務人員硬是不讓，誰都知道自助早餐不讓外帶，但這種情況您是不是也得靈活點處理啊，不讓外帶的原因是什麼，您是不是得有個識別啊，這麼死板教條，不把服務客户當作第一目標，這服務讓人沒法認可，出差旅行經常住各類酒店，這種還真沒見過。
