The hotel is a great value and is the first choice for tourists who want to spend the night in Pamukkale.

Location is great for visiting Hierapolis and Pammukale, especially if you are aiming to get there early before the crowds arrive. The initial impression on arriving is quite positive and the pools and outdoor dining area are very attractive. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. However, the condition of much of the hotel is poor and there are many signs of neglect. Stairs were in need of refurbishment with many cracked floor tiles. The bedroom and bathroom were not clean; the toilet was wobbly, fittings were crooked or broken and the shower door had obviously come off at some point, with holes left in the remaining glass sections; the shower itself leaked in various places and the water didn’t drain away. Food was ok but nothing special. Many of the dining room chairs were stained and we had to brush debris off them before sitting down for breakfast. Overall it felt like the management were trying to avoid spending any money on the fabric of the hotel. We have been impressed by the three other hotels we have stayed at on this trip; this one is clearly below the standard which modern Turkish hotels are aspiring to.

The hotel is good to stay, the food, the comfort and the service nice. The swimming pool and thermal pool is excellent. The area is nice and rooms are clean with proper amenities. The receptionist staff is very helpfull, the open area is really nice. I reccomend the hotel.

It is a hotel that is not excellent, but it is not bad either. The rooms look quite old, but they are clean and well organized. The common areas are good, the thermal pool looks a little old but it is not ugly. The buffet is something that should be improved. In general is good but old hotel that is needing a modernization.

This stop was meant for the thermal pool There was an indoor warm pool and an outdoor pool too- The spa was not bad. The hotel as I meant early is just for in out guests. The guest comes back and sleep and early morning breakfast and nothing out of the way to give to the basic supply hotels. Nothing extraordinary.

Rooms were okay and dinner was also okay, much alike the other hotels. The nice part was the hotel was the warm spring thermal pool which they had one outdoor and one indoor version. They also had a spa which dad got a massage and they also had a jacuzzi in there. Food was okay, nothing to write home about.

Very odd place. There are long, long deserted, dark corridors. Our room had non-working outlets, makeup mirror, and hairdryer. The door's chain lock was pulled out of the wall and just hung there. The large bed was covered with a twin size comforter. The room was very dated. The grounds needed attention with lots of weeds. The unheated pool was pretty, but too cold to swim in. The gift shop (expensive by any standard, not just Turkey's) and spa employees were uncomfortably aggressive. The weirdest part was the dining room. There were so many food choices, but much of it was tasteless and inedible. The hotel had guests from all over the world, and it appeared that they tried to provide many different cuisines, but none of it was good. Then there's the lounge singer on a keyboard playing American hits from the 1970's. And then the photographer came around taking pictures at each table, like you're on a Love Boat cruise. I wouldn't have been surprised to see Captain Stubing and Julie the cruise director.

This hotel was reasonably comfortable and the rooms were good. I liked the food here with a very good choice of dishes being available at both dinner and breakfast. The thermal pool at the hotel was nice with an inside and outside area, however the changing area was a disappointment.

5th Hotel in our 12D Turkey tour, for a 1-night stay over at Pamukkale in this large resort hotel. There are thermal bath, spa (did the 90-min scrub/massage/hot-stone treatment), pool (during summer) facilities, so bring your swimwear. Spacious room, lighting was dim and could do with an upgrade. Dinner and breakfast was buffet-style. Plenty of attractions in Pamukkale from historic Ruins of Aspendos, Hierapolis Ancient City, Ephesus Ancient City, the breathtaking Cotton Castle, to fun touristy stops at Turkish Delight & Apple Tea outlet and leather centre. Pamukkale also offers stunning landscape for hot air balloon and paragliding activities.
