5 star experience. Rooms are spacious and well-designed. Hotel felt very new and clean. Food trucks at night outside the hotel took away any stress on quick dinners.

Outstanding facility. Staff is totally customer service oriented and knowledgeable about the area and recommendations. Facility is super clean! A little bit of heaven away from the craziness of Waikiki! Definitely recommend staying here is you want a clean, well kept place to get away!

There is a microwave in the room, except for toothbrushes, toiletries are complete Facilities: a bit old, but clean Service: The service is enthusiastic, and the surrounding area is super cost-effective. You can walk to the beach in a few steps. If you don't need the location, I recommend this place. There is Korean food next door. There are ABC stores everywhere, and it is very convenient to buy things

I have stayed at your properties in different states, this was the worst breakfast ever, and there wasn't any silverware, plates, eggs were runny, sausage undercooked and the juice heavily watered down. No attempt from staff to make it right. Otherwise, accommodations was super as always.

Out of the hundreds of hotels I've stayed at in my life, the Kapolei Marriott Residence Inn is the ONLY hotel that the room was not ready when it was time to check in, and at the same time, I was denied a late check out the day of leaving. (I've traveled from Oahu to Africa and every continent) so it's odd being a local boy from Oahu and they basically twll you "Well too bad you're room wasn't ready at 3pm although you paid $350 USD a night) you still dont get a late checkout the next day" But the good thing is that the hotel is nice and Starbucks and 7-11 is a 2 to 3 min walk away from the hotel. And the Ka Makana Mall is NOT a 2 min drive away. Its realistically an 8 min drive with stop lights.

The Roos are nice and roomy but 35 for parking and 10 dollars for a self wash and dry of laundry is ridiculous

The place was not near the ocean like the other Marriott Oahu Kapolei. You might be fooled by the reviews of the other beach front resort. Make sure you double check the name of the hotel. Residence Inn is not near the lagoon. There is not EV charger, breakfast finished at 9 :00 am.

Breakfast is so good with waffle makers and food truck was so convenient. This place is so quiet and easy parking.

Parking is extra charge at $35 a day. Daily upkeep is not provided. Continental breakfast is provided. It’s a quiet safe place with nearby raising cane Starbucks and Walmart.

I dont usually give 10 out of 10 review as no one is perfect but couldnt fault this hotel from checkin to checkout everything super easy. Fast checkin, room large we had 1 bedroom 2 very comfortable beds, a separate lounge and kitchenette which had everything we needed. Super clean only had a shower but it was large however showerhead was too high would have liked a pull down showerhead or a bath but we managed. We didnt have housekeeping our choice but whenever we requested anything they were prompt and friendly. Breakfast a bonus and they rotate it , we would have liked bacon over the 6 days but not the end of the workd problem. Starbucks, 7eleven , and petrol station in walking distance. Each evening food trucks come to front of hotel for thise who like that. Parking very very expensive adds up over 6 days. Pool area clean and nice to relax by. They have a bar area and nightly activity programs. Really loved this part of our holiday. Would recommend to everyone. Kapolei area has just as much to offer as waikiki however you will need a car. Thanks for a enjoyable stay. We will be back.

Very clean, new and modern decor. The staff is awesome! Very courteous and professional. I enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. The waffles were great! Just an all around awesome experience, and I will definitely be looking to stay here again for my next staycation.

I love how there are different events everyday and foodtrucks outside at night. It's nice to see support for local businesses. The breakfast was good too and there's a Starbucks and Raising Cane's just across the street. We loved our room and the service was great! Would definitely come back again!

$340 room charges is way too much for this type of property. $30 over night parking is ridiculous in property area. I just never ever stay again.

I would have given a much higher overall rating, however live bands at a Residence Inn, I was not expecting. Not to mention the band was horrible. After a 12 hour flight, it kept us awake and I was unable to do anything the next day.
