I booked a room thru trip.com, paying in full. Upon arrival my card was run for incidentals, supposedly 50$...NOT! IT WAS PREAUTHORIZED and later charged for 125.70 two times and 10$. None of which I authorized. I noticed you medially contacted the front desk they told me it would be reversed and back in my account also told me they would be reimbursing me for the 147 for the troubles after a week of calling speaking with Casey they insisted they gave my money back I'm not sure who they gave it to because it never has come to my bank account so I ended up paying $500 for a room at that hotel I would not suggest you're sticking your card in their debit credit machine they're going to steal from you like they didn't me and probably many others. A week and a half later still nobody has the answers in the Holiday Inn still has my money.
