LURES HOTEL

We have recently returned from a most enjoyable fortnight stay at this hotel. We stayed previously last September, when the hotel had only just opened. We were impressed last year, and were aware that various changes were planned for this season to both the hotel guest areas and the beach club. Wow! The improvements have really affirmed the hotel’s position as the best in the area, and I am sure, further afield. It was great to see that some of the staff in reception and the beach club area had returned to the hotel. Breakfast arrangements were further improved, with unparalleled views over the bay from the dining area. Attentive and friendly staff were everywhere who were happy to engage in conversation which we, and they, I believe enjoyed. Thankfully, as I am not as mobile as I used to be, if you wished to use them, there were always buggies available to transport you wherever you wished to go within the complex. Opportunities to use the twice a day mini bus transport and the motor boat, to the town, were other welcome additions. To compliment beautiful rooms and views, all round standards have now reached a very high level. Thank you for providing a top class holiday location.

I have just completed an 11 night stay at Lures and it has been perfect. I stayed this time last year as well with my husband and this time we also brought my parents. The hotel is truly beautiful. The rooms are huge and immaculate with stunning sea views. We arrived at 10am and were instantly allowed access to one of the rooms which was perfect after an overnight flight. We loved our stay last year but this year it seems the hotel has really gone up a level and worked out some of its initial opening niggles - these never really bothered us really but it shows they have obviously really reacted to feedback and made improvements. The breakfast buffet was a great addition, massive choice and the most delicious fresh fruit, pastries and made to order omelettes! We used the boat or bus shuttle service most evenings and the beach club is completely different to last year with a whole new bar and pool. There are some reviews about staff not speaking English which we noticed last year as well but this is not the case now at all, everyone we spoke to spoke pretty much perfect English or could find someone quickly who did and everyone was extremely polite and more than happy to help. I booked direct and the manager replied to my emails pretty much instantly every time. We used the gym daily which is small but has enough to get a work out in (1 treadmill, elliptical, smith machine, a couple of cable machines and dumbbells). I think the addition of another piece of cardio equipment here like a bike or rowing machine would really finish it off! We also swam in the sea every morning. We actually found the snorkelling at the hotel some of the best in Kalkan and saw turtles and dolphins twice + many fish including lion fish. Overall we had a truly fabulous stay and will most definitely be returning in the future.

Having experienced the Lures Hotel shortly after it opened in 2023, it was a pleasure to return for a further 14 day holiday in September 2024. The previous high standards of management and service were still apparent and the hotel had made major improvements to the Beach Club, with a great swimming pool and a restaurant being added to an already impressive area. Hotel guests have also a reserved area at the Club, with easy access to the sea. The infinity swimming pool, with its stunning views, is now strictly for hotel guests only, which is an obvious improvement from our previous stay. We were well aware of what made this hotel special before arriving but everything lived up to our expectations. The addition of transport into Kalkan twice a day, together with the water taxi were further examples of guest benefits and I’m sure that the management will continue to strive to make your holiday special. We can’t speak highly enough of our stay, with a special thanks to all of the staff who made our holiday so enjoyable.

We spent a week at this hotel, and it was a lovely experience. The staff were wonderful from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, they are attentive, polite and kind, giving a lovely welcome and service throughout our stay. The generously sized rooms are stylish with large private balconies from where amazing views of the sea and islands captivate the imagination. Breakfasts provided a wide range of foods including fresh omelettes made on request, and the restaurant staff were excellent. Spending a day at the hotel could include time at the lovely swimming pool, the gym, the beach club, or a treat at the spa which we enjoyed. To visit the local town is easy using the hotel minibus or boat taxi which is a lovely way to travel. Overall, this was a lovely relaxing hotel to spend our holiday and would highly recommend.

We have been staying here for four days and it is exceptionally beautiful. The service is outstanding and the beach club is fantastic.Open to residents and visitors. There is a water taxi from the hotel to Kalkan centre.Also a lovely spa and two outdoor pools . We have been so well looked after by all the staff who all work so hard .Special hugs and thanks to Nisa and Bevanan who are so sweet and Smiley and greet us every morning . Don't hesitate to book . This is the perfect spot for a luxurious, peaceful holiday. The rooms are stunning and the staff look after guests so well, from checking in to dining to check out. All staff are professional and polite. The views are spectacular and amenities onsite are of the highest standards. Yes there are many steps but th hotel has golf buggy’s to take the strain from guests legs.

We visited for 4 days the Lures Beach club which is part of the lures hotel Facilities and location excellent. Great value for money. £25 each which serves as credit against food and drink. Staff are really attentive. Service to your beds or you can eat at the beach bar. Direct access down to the sea or take a dip in the new for 24 beach club pool Really outstanding place.

We did not stay in the hotel itself, but visited the beach club on several occasions during our 2 week holiday. It is now our favourite beach club in Kalkan, as it has an amazing infinity pool, the facilities, view and location are great and the staff are wonderful. They are all very polite, kind and friendly and especially so, to my 5 year old granddaughter, who loved them all and loved going back there. The food is delicious, and for the standard of it, I feel reasonably priced. The service in the restaurant was also always good. Despite it being very busy at times, we never had an overly long wait for our food. Although an entry fee is paid for the bed, umbrella, etc. this is deducted from your food/drinks bill at the end of the day, which is not the case at other beach clubs we have previously visited and there is a free water taxi to and from the harbour if needed. We loved every one of our visits to Lures and can not recommend it highly enough.

I was blown away by the view and location. It was very clean, comfortable, in good working condition, and quiet. They're very privacy-minded. The breakfast was awesome, and the food was delicious. Everything about the hotel was great, including the pools, chairs, beach bar, and staff. I've been to at least five hotels around Kalkan Lures was far superior to all of them. It is a new hotel, with all amenities of excellent quality and brand new. I had an excellent time here in Lures. It will definitely be my pleasure to return next year.
