The service is very good. I originally booked this one with my sister, but the two confused eggs were wrong. It was not until the front desk lady told me that I found the wrong 😅. It is worth mentioning that the front desk lady has a good service attitude and helped us upgrade the room type for free. The bed is very big and soft, and it is very comfortable to sleep. Very very satisfied with the hotel! It should be the best hotel in Kaili. It is very satisfactory. The hardware conditions and software services are very good. The bedding is comfortable, the hygiene is very good, and the breakfast is especially delicious! Parking is also very convenient! What’s particularly interesting is that I booked a Ctrip package, which included the “520 Love Museum” as a gift. When we arrived, we found that it was actually a wedding room decoration. Hahaha, I was very happy. However, our children had finished their high school entrance exams. The room was full of petal balloons, which was very fun. A small reminder, I mentioned children in the order, but I forgot to put a child's toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. I also forgot the shower cap. I think a shower cap is definitely a must-have. Being traveling, it is inevitable to wash some small things. Hand soap is not enough, so I asked for laundry detergent later.

The bathroom water pressure and water temperature are sufficient, it is a smart toilet, it will induct flushing, very convenient.
The air conditioning temperature and air volume in the room were comfortable, and the night was very quiet. I slept a sweet one and didn't get up until 11 o'clock the next day.

We will check after finishing the room. 4/ If there are not enough toiletries in the room, ask the waiter for it. Only half a bottle of toiletries will be given to others.
