I booked a non-smoking deluxe king-size bed room with a good floor height and a balcony overlooking the lake. Although it is not luxurious, it is suitable for this price... The breakfast is average, the variety and taste are quite ordinary, and it should be improved... There is also a bug that the preferential policy booked with the app can only be used for the member's own stay and consumption, but there is no limit on the number of reservations, resulting in the inability to check in to the multiple rooms, and having to cancel and re-order. This system should really be changed. If it can only be used by the individual, it should not allow multiple rooms to be ordered at the same time... Everything else is generally good...

Very good stay at this hotel, the staff was very thoughtful, polite and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good also. The only bad comment is that we couldn’t decrease the room temperature so we were feeling very very hot all the time and apparently this is a recurrent problem. It needs to be sorted.
