A wonderful hotel with a chic design of rooms and lobby; very varied and delicious food; Excellent beach, huge pool, lots of sun loungers with soft mattresses everywhere

Food and beverage quality and presentations were top notch. The interest and relevance of our assistant Hasan and his support at all times made our holiday even more enjoyable. We would also like to thank our other assistant friend Sait for his help in the Legends organization.

The least favorite hotel during my trip to Turkey, the room is dark at night, there is no light on the desk, and there is no light around the TV; there is no door in the bathroom, and the shower room is very small; the toilet room is also very small, and the door handle is vertical The door is thick and long, and the door is pushed inwards. When squatting down, the face is easy to bump into the handle. The handle of the shower room is also vertical. When taking a bath, there is no place to put towels, clothes, etc.; Inconvenient for children

Go at your peril , dont expect management to help in any way. A very nice place, but with hidden dangers and a total disregard from anyone at the hotel. Dont except any responce from the management of this hotel to any injuriedls caused within the hotel. First the good bit the place is very nice looking and the inside even better, then entry lounge is vast and here is where the danger lies, but a bit later on that. The food is very good and the facilities are great. The entertainment was adequate. The hotel has two main buildings on either side of the lobby, housing the bedrooms. There is a big swimming pool whish was good and the waiters on, skates, were very attentive. Our own personal ambassador, was a very nice young lady and credit to her for keeping us informed about the daily activities. She was the only one to check on us, and in particular my wife during and after the incident. The incident, right lets explain the lobby, big ass door to the front and celing to floor windows to the other. Corridors to each bedroom buildings on either side. The first thing you will notice is that with the lobby, is that its hugh and they have partions of wooden walls inbetween the front and rear, the ceiling and lights are set extremely high, so the light is somewhat dark in places. The lobby has several different floor levels within its area, steps up to one part of the floor and then down to another, no demarcation between the two, there are ramps going between the floors for wheelchairs. In some places there are moveable rope barriers so that visitors dont accidentally fall and in a lot of the the different floors, there are none, add to that the high ceilings and the wooden partition wall, cuase the middle part ofbthe lobby to be dark, so much so that you dont see the steps in front of you, unless you are paying attention. No rope barriers here. So the day before we were due to fly back to the UK, the inevitable happen, my wife walked along the floor and fell head first on the lower floor, she was in a lot of pain and was took to hospital. She came out on the day we were due to fly out, up until this time not one managers came and talked to me about the incident, i on the other had to deal with the nurse the hospital staff, in english byt the saving grace was our lady ambassador who stayed with us all the way to the hospital and the next day, at the hotel. I had to chase a manager to ask for a Accident Report, standard practice in the UK. i was told " ah yes, we will forward one by Email" nothing to date so far. I have written to my travel company and to the hotel management and neither of us have had a reply. So there you have it, management want nothing to do with any sort complaints and feel they do not have to adhere with any sort Health and Safety issues for any of its customers.. Oh by the way, the lobby has at least 5 managers at their desks on a daily basis, so it not as if they are understaffed or unable to reply. Apparently this and other Se

We stayed four nights at Selectum Luxury Resort Belek and were impressed by many aspects of the experience. Pros: Grand Facility: The resort is beautiful and well-designed, with a classy crowd and a stunning beachfront. Exceptional Staff & Service: Dining area staff were always attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Rarely have we seen so many happy employees working with a constant smile and pleasant attitude Food Variety and Quality: The main hall offered a huge selection of delicious, high-quality food, and the resort had plenty of dining options to satisfy any craving. Well done Selectum for keeping food constantly replenished and for offering such a wide variety of cuisines Cons: No Iron Provided: Due to "safety" concerns, irons are not available, which felt unusual. Room Air-Conditioning: Our room’s air-conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, and we were told this was the maximum cooling possible for all units in the resort. Housekeeping: Housekeeping services were below expectations, with the bathtub left uncleaned for four days and toiletries not restocked. The mini-bar attendant also entered the room abruptly everyday! Noise Levels: Outdoor party music was quite loud, lasting until late; light sleepers may find it difficult to rest before 1-2 a.m. unless staying in a villa. Despite these cons, the resort’s ambiance, outstanding food, and attentive service made this an enjoyable stay overall. A special shout out to Mr Saeed who took extra care to explain everything and facilitate every need.

I really liked the hotel with excellent service. Everything was excellent. During my stay at the hotel, I had some questions and some things that needed clarification. The reception staff were very nice and they treated me very well. However, there was an employee working at the guest relations, She helped me a lot and was very nice and polite in dealing with me. She made you feel that you are not just a customer. I thank her very much. Her name is (Handan). I also thank the hotel staff. I went to many hotels, but they were not that distinguished. I advise everyone to do this hotel in terms of treatment and service.

Amazing location, staff super friendly and great service throughout our stay. Already recommended to friends and family for future trips. The staff were helpful with everything and couldn't ask for anything more from them. Organized transfers for us around the area. What an amazing 7 days at this hotel. I cannot fault anything about this hotel. The hotel is really clean, the rooms were spacious and luxurious, the restaurants had a range of food for meat and vegetarian eaters, and the pools and beach were beautiful, clean and scenic. The hospitality in this hotel is exceptional and far better than any other 5 star hotels that I have stayed at. A big thank you to Samet, Handan and Saeed from Guest relations who were really polite, responsive and a pleasure to meet. Samet looked after every little query that we had and responded in a professional and timely manner. Everything that he did to make our stay so memorable is appreciated. He definetly deserves recognition for his professionalism and manner. We miss you a lot Samet. Thank you so much for everything you did to make our stay perfect. 🥰 The bar, restaurant and spa staff were polite and understanding. Shout out to Aslihan Kanat who really looked after our bar orders and remembered our drinks on a daily basis. She was really sweet and a lovely person. Just returned from a fabulous stay at the Selectum Luxury Resort, Belek and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! It was a lovely, modern, clean and spacious hotel with lots of facilities and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening entertainment - there was something for everyone! We want to say a big thank you to Samet, Handan and the team (Guest Relations) for taking care of us - their kindness and great hospitality made our stay so much more enjoyable, we loved getting to know them. Samet - thank you for going above and beyond, your hospitality was exceptional and we love that you are apart of our wonderful Belek holiday memories! We hope to visit again.

It’s the second time , I come to this hotel and the eighth time in Belek. The room was ok, the check-in procedure was quick, helped by Mr.Samet Sillet, who was a real help. The food at the main restaurant was ok, the service being provided by Mr.Mustafa Tirpan( very professional) The food at the MIR MIR restaurant was very good and the service impeccable. Which cannot be said about EL PRIMO STEAKHOUSE RESTAURANT. The meat was inedible and I returned it. The only place where I could drink a quality cocktail was at the lobby bar. The bartenders at the pool bar are not qualified at all. Regarding the evening entertainment, it was not so good! Hammam and massage very good! In conclusion: a good hotel! Thank you Selectum Luxury Resort!

Best hotel, we were here group of 15 friends. Tematic party every night. Hollywood, Fashion, cirkus, .... Food was excelent, imported alcohol, best ice creams, premium food in A LA carte restaurants. Staff realy friendly and helpfull. Specially Milan and Samet. Thanks for everything.

The hotel is perfect, the service is excellent, the staff is wonderful, the food is very good, all kinds of drinks, the cleanliness is top notch, the beach is suitable for families, special activities, this hotel makes you feel like a king. , the best vacation ever

I came for 8th year consecutive in this Hotel, is one of the best hotels in Antalya Selectum luxury is a really luxury service They upgraded in premium suite as a repeated guest, the service ,quality and the food are amazing. This is the second time we come to this hotel.There was no table lamp and TV in our room, and we were surprised about this, but the cleanliness, tranquility, delicious foods, and excellent service of the hotel were so attractive that we would like to experience staying at this hotel again. It is a very beautiful hotel and an ideal place to spend your vacation.It has very good restaurants and bars, and in addition to the cleanliness and beauty of the hotel, we enjoyed the respectful treatment of its staff....and I especially thank Saeed and Hendan for their good help and guidance....
