Thw front desk staff were very friendly. We could not speak Chinese but they helped us.
The rooms were clean and neat.
The Breakfast was ok. I would like to see more variety with the addition of international dishes.

This is one hotel where I experienced the managers and front desk staff going the extra mile to engage with and reach out to customers to meet customer needs. I had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. Housekeeping is great, and I found the entire hotel and my room in particular very clean. Connecting to WiFi is completely seamless and without hassles. The surrounding location is great with supermarkets within five-minute walk. The metro station is just 5-minute drive to the hotel. A worthwhile stay experience.
