I liked the hotel and the location. Check-in was a little slow, but the stay was worth it. The room makes excellent use of space, but the ladder on the air bed in the 3-person room hurts your feet a little. They also provided a blanket for the air bed, which is terrible for those with rhinitis. I missed having an exhaust fan in the bathroom and possibly a screen so we could change in more privacy after showering. The shower is by far the highlight. Really really good. I loved the pool in the lobby. As for the fitted sheet, I found the texture a bit strange, reminiscent of something a bit plasticky, and the pillow a little high for me, but I think that's more up to each person and not the experience in general, which was great. I was only more bothered because I couldn't book breakfast through the app and it said there that I could pay R$30 per person separately for breakfast at the reception and they presented me with a price of R$40.

Very good structure, rooms larger than the rooms of most other Ibis in which we host. My guest order a Salmon with Capers, butter sauce. Horrible, over cooked, too much salt and microwave vegetables, kind warm but cold inside. Back to see if my room is available, the front desk told me, Mr. she needs to pay to go into your room !!! I told the front desk I will just take a time to relax and I pay full price to eat and sleep, since I refuse to stay in my friend house. After he told me, I was embarrassed and I pay other 1/3 off total price to my guest stay less them 2 hours. I was relaxing in the bed when my guest scream very loud !!!!! Booking in get me a good price, but the Hotel do not deserve my extra 1/3 from a guest and also do not deserve a payment from the poor dish that is not even close from the real dish. Very disappointed, I am traveling for the past 3 weeks around Brazil, This place never will see me again or someone that I preserve the bad experience. Fiquei hospedado nesse hotel, para descansar no feriado de Páscoa. Quarto precisando de uma repaginada urgente, pois o banheiro tem vazamento, tampa sem, fixação, chuveiro com orifícios entupidos, resumindo foi péssima a minha experiência. Já ficamos hospedados em outras unidades da rede com manutenção em dia.

A good hotel for those who need to be close to the airport or the industrial village. The hotel is new with practical modern decor. There is no room service, they provide complimentary water, tea and coffee in the rooms. Excellent shower and bed. The sockets are 220v. Hygiene products are simple, I expected something similar to the contemporary one. Breakfast very good and complete, everything well organized and very tasty. Free parking.
