Hard to believe this is a Marriot Delta hotel and conference centre with its many shortcomings. Mobile key is not possible until you check-in in person. There is no pantry store or vending machines! Make sure you bring all your goodies, as they don't have chips, ice cream, chocolate bars, aspirin, etc. Is this a motel? Boston Pizza resto attached which is not bad and is where the breakfast is served (not free). In the winter time this hotel is cold. The hallways are freezing, as there is no heating whatsoever. The rooms themselves have trouble heating higher than 23 deg. Small fridge (no freezer compartment). No microwave, although I did see a common one at the end of the hallway. Keurig machine in the room. Bathroom is good. Internet is not great. Housekeeping policy: Clean room only every 3 days (for stays over 4 nights), but provide new towels and coffee daily if needed. This policy is like an extended stay hotel but without the kitchenettes! Strange how there are no reviews yet in 2024. No review responses from management either.
