Best Four Star Hotels in Joinville

The hotel is clean and tidy, the service is good and the travel is convenient.

I have stayed at the Mercure in Joinville every month, in the last two yeas, for business and it is aways a great experience. Although the hotel is a bit old and it is currently under renovation, the service is really good and makes it the best hotel in town. One episode that made me write this review has happened recently. I have lost my phone inside to the hotel, between breakfast and check out... and when I realised I was without the phone I became extremely worried believing that someone has taken it. With this situation at hand, the staff was fantastic. Enzo and Daniel at the front desk, helped me to calm down, get my computer, log in to apple find and finally find the phone at the parking lot They were mote than professional, they were kind and helpful. Therefore, I confidently recommend anyone who is going to Joinville to stay at the Mercure.

Bom apart hotel, bem estruturado e bem localizado. Quarto confortável, ótimo no quesito limpeza. Cama confortável. Toalhas e lençois impecáveis. Café da manhã colonial, bom e variado. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Voltaria a me hospedar sem problemas.

I loved the days q I passed in this hotel, all mto staff careful and educated . Hotel mto well located , mto clean, and near the Müller shopping . The board and iron of passing clothes have. Electric coffee maker for tea. The shower is great. The bathroom has shampoo and air conditioner and a great hair dryer .

Hotel atende maneira básica para uma curta temporada. Atendimento prestativo. Dos pontos que podem melhorar: travesseiros e toalhas. Precisa usar os 4 travesseiros para parecer que está com um. O blackout da janela nao veda totalmente. Entao de manha... voce não terá o quarto escuro. Leve tapa olhos. As toalhas sao daquelas bem finas e quase transparentes. A arrumacao do quarto, nos dias depois do check in é bem mais ou menos. A cama, tudo sem esticar direito e tive de refazer. O exaustor que tem no banheiro é muito antigo e fraco e ruim de absorver odores e cumprir sua função. Também a comida do restaurante é bem média pelo preço cobrado. O strogonoff era algo duro e sem caldo nenhum. Seco .

Esse hotel nos surpreendeu positivamente. Embora fique localizado no centro de Joinvile e, naturalmente, seja uma construção antiga, as instalações são modernas. O apartamento é muito bom. Limpeza do hotel e do apartamento também muito bom. Roupas de cama e banho excelentes. Check in 12:00h, o que é excelente!!! Bom café da manhã. Estacionamento incluído, amplo e dentro do próprio espaço do hotel. Não se trata de hotel de luxo, mas sim de um hotel muito bom com ótima relação custo x beneficio. Recomendo!!!

Hotel muito bacana, acomodações confortáveis, piscina legal, atendimento excelente. Tudo muito legal. Ficamos uma noite e com certeza voltaremos quando formos ficar na cidade novamente! Vale muito a pena
