From checking in and carrying luggage to arranging short-distance shuttle buses, and then helping us get a taxi outside the hotel in the cold wind during peak hours, thank him! Especially when we found it difficult to get a taxi to Qianguqing, we tried to contact him. We weren’t satisfied with the first room on 1st night and requested for a change. the second room was acceptable. my husband left one side of the ear piece in the first room and have requested to search for it but to no avail to date.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—only 5 mins away from Jiuzhaigou valley, with easy access to restaurants. On top of that, the hotel itself was very clean. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work, as the room was always refreshed and tidy when I returned after a long day. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a prime location and a high standard of cleanliness.

Because it is difficult to book a hotel during the peak season, all the rooms I wanted to book were sold out. I didn't have high expectations for this hotel, but I didn't expect it to be quite good when I checked in. In particular, there is a special butler service. If you need anything, just tell Xiao Su the butler on WeChat. The two days of stay were quite busy. I asked Xiao Su the butler for supplies and inquired about the return bus. Especially when we were leaving the hotel, Xiao Su the butler chased us and said he would take us to the bus pick-up point without our request. It was drizzling and quite cold at the time. I am very grateful for Xiao Su's meticulous service. Oh, by the way, he also gave us a free breakfast for two people a day.

When we got off at the high-speed rail station, we were contacted in advance to tell us where to get off! So I contacted the front desk, and the person who answered the phone was Xiao Lai at the front desk. She had a very good attitude and said that she would reserve a room for me for the second day, and the price was the same as the first day. This made me overjoyed. So I checked into the hotel smoothly for two days with a grateful heart. I found that the hotel was better than expected in all aspects. There was a male employee at the front desk who helped me carry my luggage to the room when I checked in. It was a long corridor and my luggage was heavy. He worked hard. The hotel has three buildings, and mine is the last one. I have to go through a door and it is easy to go wrong. The next day, he saw me and asked me if I knew how to get back to the room? When I left the hotel, a female employee enthusiastically helped me carry my luggage. When the car to pick me up had not arrived, she asked me to rest on the sofa to avoid it being too cold outside in the morning. This hotel is very close to Jiuzhaigou attractions, only less than 2 kilometers. During the peak season and tourist attractions, the hotel's service is still well organized and considerate. The room cleaning is also very reasonable, and there is no problem of price increase. It is really a treasure! It is worth cherishing and a model for tourist attractions! Jiuzhaigou Qianhe Licheng is like the colorful scenery in the scenic area, leaving an indelible impression on people!

My family and i were pleased with this hotel, it was great value for money, breakfast selection was one of the better ones that i’ve had on this trip. The outdoor hot spring was lovely. Service was top-notch if not for this next point. Guests were allowed to smoke in the lobby despite it being a no-smoking lobby. Even when I went to the front desk to highlight it to them, they did not do anything. This was massively disappointing for me. Otherwise, location was great, near some eateries. Service staff was always nice and helpful. Enjoyed my stay here!!

A good option for Jiuzhai I honestly feel quite mixed about the hotel - in some regards they were really great, but others need some attention Pros: - Location is perfect - a 10min taxi ride to Jiuzhaigou Scenic area main entrance + on the hotel’s doorstep are a wide range of food options and little supermarkets - The airport transfer is excellent and a fair price - 200 RMB. It just made me realize how much my previous hotel in Huanglong ripped me off by charging me ‘the foreigner price’ 😡 - Scenery - it is a very beautifully done up hotel and located in front of a mountain. There are a lot of koi ponds and a very pretty restaurant opposite the reception. - The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. - The 2 staff members who speak English are helpful. - They refunded me when I checked out early as I had to leave earlier. Cons: - The rooms could do with a more thorough cleaning - the small coffee table with faux marble top had some layers of previous cups and other grime. - As already stated by other reviewers, Western breakfast is limited - think toast, cereal, and instant coffee in an urn. When I asked for a butter knife to spread butter and jam on my toast, I was told to use a chopstick or spoon 🫣🫣🫣 - The hotel towels could do with an upgrade as they are quite worn.
