I am satisfied with this hotel from check in process till the check out. Everything went on smoothly. Most importantly, the bed is comfortable and clean. The wc is warmed for the winter season which is greatly appreciated. I had a chance to speak with Xiau Du and true enough she is very helpful. The staffs may need to learn from her as her standard can be quite high being an experienced manager. I had a few occasion when other guests are speaking a little too loud, but the staffs handled it very professionally. I respect that. And I do appreciate that they care about every guests. It takes about 5 min drive to the entrance of the National Park, which need to flag down a taxi and every time, need to haggle with their pricing. Standard is rmb15, but some will charge rmb20. The hotel is located right next to all the food restaurant and convenient stores. Overall, the stay is really good and glad to be able to find this hotel. They got a lovely lobby which i enjoy the hot tea and coffee. The room is pretty nice for a couple and they got a complimentary tea which is lovely btw love the mirror. Their rain shower in my room might not work that much but still okay. Their hotel is not far from the Jiuzhaigou scenic spot which it took me around 7-10 mins to walk. Lastly the front desk receptionist they’re amazing! They help us with everything which is so kind.

There are many restaurants around the hotel, and there is a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, which is very convenient. There is also a coffee machine. The hotel room is relatively large, as shown in the pictures shown by Ctrip, I won’t take pictures separately, and the public area is also very beautiful. At night, unless someone is talking loudly in the corridor, it is still very quiet. After visiting Jiuzhaigou, you can walk back to the hotel for more than ten minutes and have a good rest. hotel is good but don't ask the hotel to book the ride for you because the staff didn't screen the driver for you at all... I've asked the hotel to book the ride for me from Hotel to Songpan. I thought if the hotel manage for me, it would be safe! but I was wrong!! becase I didn't realize that the driver I got is trying to sell the Chinese herbs to me. When we were on the way, the driver stoped by at one private place and tried to sell the herbs to us. I felt uncomfortable.
