酒店還行，該有的都有了，附近吃飯的地方也不少，除了早餐有點那啥，要是再豐富點就更好了，其它方便都可以，離荊州博物館也很近，停車有停車場

酒店設施老舊，沒有窗户，價格偏高，服務人員態度好，主動要承擔住宿期間馬路邊停車費。優點是離荊州古城門很近，步行很方便。

進店前台講他們付款門前停車費，入住兩天退房，把停車繳費單交前台後離開，至今查詢未付款。既然做不到，為什麼要説呢！請大家不要被忽悠了！

過來考試定的房，剛好看到有評價提醒，説一下感受吧。1、入住詢問告知最晚12點退房，遂問能否到下午2點，答曰不可，要收費。也正常吧，可能是之前考試定其他酒店，都會問是否考試，會主動幫延遲到下午2點退房，所以問了一下，有的酒店這一點做的還蠻好的，畢竟因為考試房費比平時上浮了。2、入住期間隔壁房間特別吵，很多人大聲講話的聲音，從下午一直持續到晚上，晚上實在受不了給前台電話後，他們上來溝通後過了會才安靜了。不過感覺隔壁不是客人，像是工作人員，我猜測哈，也不確定。不過有問題他們都及時處理了。3、衞生情況吧，嗯，入住進門地面有點臟，有明顯的頭髮之類的絨毛類，不過其他地方還行，應該是清潔時候沒注意到，也沒啥；但晚上刷牙發現，竟然有已經用過的小牙膏沒有替換掉，就在洗漱盒裡，我隨機一拿，正好被我拿到了，我還懵了下，怎麼提供牙膏沒有密封，仔細一看是使用過的，裏面已經空了🥲🥲emmm 這個有點噁心 就這些吧，大部分就是正常水平，細節需要注意吧 4、哦 還有 那個早餐炒粉還可以

環境挺好的，旁邊超市多買東西點外賣也方便，雖然挨着馬路但是沒有很吵，就是隔音差一點樓上水聲聽的比較清楚，離考場也蠻近的，總體而言還是挺不錯。

有一説一，服務很熱情，中秋入住還送了小禮品。酒店位置也不錯，離博物館走路十多分鐘可到。
但是酒店設施一般，衞生細節不到位，整體看起來不像2022年開業的。
